Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Springdale

“Went to this location last week and totally forgot to leave this review. When i tell you this was the best fast food service i think ive ever received i mean it. The two ladies handling the intercom and window at the drive thru were absolute angels. I mean they had me smiling and laughing, amazing women. Pretty sure they said they had a new system and made sure to apologize for taking a second to take my order. Amazing work ethic, people skills, and the food was also really good. Will definitely be going back and getting these two ladies names cause they need a raise! 🙏 Pretty sure they were managers or at least one of them was“

“This location has gotten progressively worse. No chicken ready, no tenders, no mashed potatoes. Incorrect orders are the normal here. Long wait in line for no apparent reason. I used to go here pretty much weekly now I avoid this location all together. Customer service at this store is basically non existent. I would avoid this place like the plague!!

I did not come to this location for the better part of a year. When I did try again I was pleasantly surprised. Much improved!! I have updated my review to reflect this.“
