This place has gone downhill the last several years. I've been visiting this location for over a decade and the last four visits in a row, my order has been wrong. We've visited less and less over the years because of this ongoing problem.

Tonight, I made an online order and used a $10 credit I had from my last (incorrect) order. Once again, my order was missing an item.

I had to pull around and wait, again, for the correct items. The staff is always quick to fix the error, but it's such an ongoing issue that I will not return to this location.

We went through the drive-thru around 5 PM. The wait was about five minutes before we got to the screen to order. We sat there for two or three minutes in silence, waiting to be acknowledged. The car in front of us had already pulled completely around to the pick-up window, and there were a line of cars behind us. We said "Hello? Can anyone here us? Is this thing working?" No response, so we pulled around to the window thinking the intercom was down. Guy at the window said he couldn't take our order there. Said he was busy "getting drinks" so he couldn't take our order on the intercom. He directed us to return to the back of the line. Having no desire to wait ANOTHER 20 minutes for FAST food, we went down the road to Slim Chickens instead. Service was quick. Food was delicious. Highly recommend Slim Chicken. Or even the Zaxby's. Will be calling customer service about this later today.

I swear to god they keep the food in here for like a week and if you come often you can tell the quality degrade everyday, but if you go when they are serving good food it's absolutely fire, its really really really good chicken but sometimes it's dry and the Sandwich bread is hard

Best Popeye's around! FYI this one is always super busy at lunchtime. That being said it's well run, and the food is always fresh and bathrooms clean. Tables might not always be clean but it's because they are literally swamped at lunch.
