Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I have tried this store twice in the last year. Ordered, paid, and left with no food both times. Asked for refund after being asked to move forward in the Drive-Thru and then being forgot about. Went inside after watching a line of cars behind me leave and my order had been lost. It's sad because the people inside were pretty friendly and nice and apologetic. Something is obviously broke here though.

Very disappointed lately. I don’t know what’s going on with yalls customer service and food quality lately but it needs some work. Placed a mobile order for my husband to pick up on his way home from work. It took over 40 minutes for a 10 piece of chicken and the chicken dippers. He was told to pull to the side and wait. First y’all tried to hand him a completely different order and then when he received our actual order, it wasn’t made correctly and was missing items.

They gave me food poisoning. I’m so serious. I ate nothing else but popeyes yesterday considering i had woke up late then got it for lunch on the way home. By dinner i was already feeling sick which eventually led to non stop throwing up. Went to the ER they confirmed it definitely food poisoning. Please please please look at the other reviews old chicken(THATS BLACK), bone in breast in a chicken sandwich(health hazard), MULTIPLE reviews talking about rude staff, along with other things talking about the cleanliness, quality of food, and service! They really are just not good at anything! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. Already emailed corporate with what happened in my experience and also the absurd images from these reviews because i don’t know how this place is still running. I assume they will reply with a professional statement like all the other reviews but continue to do NOTHING about how this place is ran. Quick shout out to the ladies who are running the one on Robinson. Have gone there multiple times and they are the sweetest definitely worth driving an extra lil bit when i’m in the mood for chicken.

Great staff—I waited for freshly cooked chicken breasts-they were great. The very nice woman who I think was doing the cooking brought my order right over to me-it was a very good experience at Popeyes!

Yeah im gunna be a mega karen. Every time we come its always slow, always waiting 20 mins and then having to go back and forth because they keep forgetting things. This past time was the icing on the cake.. waited about 40 minutes if you include the long wait at the speaker. Atleast we were told to hold on one moment. But didnt get our sauces, our sides, or drinks! Wasted my time and money like what are yall teaching these kids? You can tell they didnt wanna bw there.

This location has gotten progressively worse. No chicken ready, no tenders, no mashed potatoes. Incorrect orders are the normal here. Long wait in line for no apparent reason. I used to go here pretty much weekly now I avoid this location all together. Customer service at this store is basically non existent. I would avoid this place like the plague!!

I did not come to this location for the better part of a year. When I did try again I was pleasantly surprised. Much improved!! I have updated my review to reflect this.

This has to be my worst fast food experience. The previous one was also a Popeyes. Waited 10 minutes to order. (No one else was in line) Ordered a 14pc family meal. They agreed to substitute one piece for a tender for me. When I ordered, I asked them if they had rice and beans available as a side. Yes, they do. Ordered rice & beans and fries as a side. After I paid, they told me they had no original chicken. Shouldn’t they have checked before I paid?? It would be 15 minutes wait for the chicken. After 20 more minutes or so, the chicken was out but I had to wait some more. Finally they got me my chicken boxed up (between my order and that of another guy who had been waiting way longer than me, I noted that there wasn’t much chicken left by this point. I was supposed to get three wings and a mix of dark & white. At this point they told me that the rice and beans would take another 30 minutes. I agreed to substitute for potato salad. Got home, found out that I had only 13 pieces, none of which was a tender. And five of them were tiny wings. Meaning my family ate quite poorly. Oh, and the potato salad - they gave me mashed potatoes instead for some reason. “Cooked slow, served fast” is what the box says.

I feel like there is always a change in staff, but this is a better staff than the one from last month. Food is very good, OT is a great cook. I love that man's cooking. I would recommend ordering their frozen lemonade and their Tuesday specials. Appreciate the dedication to correcting their previous errors and having better customer service.

Pulled up to the drive-through at 11:40 PM and was informed that even though they are open until midnight, they shut the restaurant down at 11:30 PM so they can have time to clean. Apparently open until midnight does not actually mean open until midnight. Absolutely the laziest employees in Northwest Arkansas.

Still the worst popeyes. Haven't been in 2 years and still same ol thing no food when you go there.

The tenders were very good. We asked for them to be made fresh, and we got them in no time. They decorated their lobby, so it was super cute to see. We haven't been to this location since june, and the improvements are huge. They really took a good step into the right directions. I will be back for more!
