We had 2 platters with 2 sides. The meat was disquesting, it was mostly fat, old, chewy, and overcooked. The sides were the best thing of the meal. The service was very slow. We have ate there multiple times in the past but it had been a while. For $17.99 a plate this was shameful. This used to be my favorite bbq place, but we will not go back there now.

I've only had the pulled pork twice but intend on trying more. I get the pulled pork Dry so that I can put whatever I want on it. A pound is $20.00. The pulled pork is okay. It's not the best I've had but it's pretty good. It's a clean little place and the people are friendly.

There were 4 of us, a few other tables of two and a big group that had already gotten their food and left shortly after we got there with one waitress, which was fine but we barely saw her, it took forever to get our drinks after she took our drink order and she didn't check on us till she brought the check. 2 tables of 2 people sat down after us, got their food and their check before we even got our food. Then when we did get our food none of it was warm and when I mentioned this to the waitress she didn't even offer an apology. Still forced to pay full price for food that wasn't even warm. Not worth the over $60 we paid for cold food and waiting and watching other people get seated and leave before we even got our food. Again there was only 4 of us.

Had a bad experience at Rib Crib in Centerton, so I gave the one in Springdale a try. It was so bad, I'm compelled to write this review. Dirty light fixtures, stains on the walls, dirty floor, sweaty obese waitresses in inappropriate leggings with no personality, pulled pork sandwich that was 3 bites, coke was mostly water, bathroom falling apart, hair in my fries, anything with turkey crossed off the menu, order had wrong side, meat was dry.

Carl has been cooking St Louis ribs for over 30 years and trust me it shows. My ribs were excellent great sauce they were juicy on the inside crispy on the outside. My fries were perfectly crispy while season and I love the coleslaw. I read located here and now I found my new rib place. Thank you Carl
Food was disgusting!! The new district manager was hovering at every table carrying on conversations even when you could tell customers wanted to be left alone. He sounded drunk or high. The loaded spud was burnt but cold on the inside and all the meat was nothing but fatty pieces. The place was dirty and needed a good scrubbing. The waitress was friendly but slow and just chatting with the coworkers. The other waitress was sitting at a table playing on her phone. No wonder why there was only one other table being served. Everyone already knows to not eat here! Won’t be going back.

Me and my boyfriend ordered 2 chicken plates and picked 2 sides each mash potatoes x2, baked beans, and onion rings. Which was all gonna be delivered to us. When our driver arrived at the store they told our driver that they didn’t have ANY CHICKEN! So we got 2 pulled pork bbq sandwiches. And mash potatoes and onion rings for a side. TELL ME WHY OUR CHICKEN COST LIKE 9$ MORE. And they told us you can’t get your other sides cause it cost more. So 1st we are out 9$ and then we get the food and half of the sandwich is pulled pork and the other half is chicken or god knows what it was nasty and Roy on the phone kept telling me he’s new to this and he doesn’t know how that would happen cause they don’t look alike. Ummm your employees put it on the sandwich??? Then I tell you my boyfriend is sick and it tasted horrible and you say idk what to do and ask someone else and tell me you can give me 10% off. Like we will be returning for the awful service and food? THIS LOCATION NEEDS BETTER MANAGEMENT AND CLEARLY BETTER COOKS.

Brisket was dry, pulled pork was OK, smoked sausage was OK. Overall nothing outstanding. Thought they would be cheaper than one of their competitors. Boy howdy was I wrong. I ordered the Chicken tenders which was supposed to come with fried okra and mashed potatoes and gravy. I asked our waitress if I could have fries instead of okra, and to add a side of mac n cheese. She said yes and wrote it down. My husband ordered and we waited. If you go here bring a jacket because it was freezing! Anyway, my food comes out and it’s 2 chicken tenders, beans, and fries. She said she was going to be right back with something so before she left I told her I didn’t order beans and she asked me what a i ordered. Again, I told her it was supposed to be mashed potatoes and gravy and I also had mac n cheese. She takes my food back and comes back with the mashed potatoes but still no mac n cheese. So I have to send her back for it. She finally comes back with it and i have everything I ordered. The menu didn’t specify, but I would think a basket of chicken strips for $12 would give you more than 2 tenders?? My fries were old and cold. I didn’t bother telling the waitress because she had already made so many trips back to the kitchen. I was disappointed with my food and service, and while i know we shouldn’t blame everything on the server, she took our order and double checked with me. Also, about 5 minutes into waiting for our the manager comes up to the people in the booth behind us and starts talking to them, giving them discounts, telling them his life story and they are super into it and keep talking to him even while they’re eating. He talked to them the whole time we waited, the whole time we ate our food, and was still talking to them AFTER WE LEFT! It made enjoying our time eating very hard for me, he was basically talking right next to me. The place was basically empty at this time also, which is why I was so frustrated about having to get my order sent back twice. I will never eat here again or recommend this location to anyone. Also you WILL leave here smelling like bbq smoke (not necessarily a bad thing, but be warned)
