I have been at the brewery with friends and family. I live in Sweden and this place was a very nice place. Lots of locally produced beer.situated in the countryside
I was in town and wanting to do some karaoke, but they all seemed to start so late. My son found this place and we decided to try it out. It's kinda out there, not on the main drag, but worth the few minutes to get there. We were greeted warmly by the regulars (it felt like we walked into Cheers). We had a very fun night of imbibing and karaoke. Johnny is an easygoing, supportive karaoke leader (anyone who does karaoke would appreciate this fact). He doesn’t have a lot of fancy equipment, but he gets the job done.I feel like if you and your friends want to sing, instead of sitting around waiting to sing, that this might become your new favorite karaoke bar. I highly recommend it.
Found this place when looking for a new brewery to try that also serves food. Their beer selection is amazing, and the bartender was extremely welcoming and helpful. The food was delicious, and we will definitely be going back and bringing guests.
Great food and atmosphere! AMAZING brunch!!! Some of the best potatoes O'Brien I've had in ages and same goes for the omlette. Dog friendly, nice patio, good local spot
Hosted a baby shower here last year for a good friend (not sure what happened to my original review). Service was absolutely horrible. I was so embarrassed and really felt like I didn’t get my money’s worth. Owner claimed he was going to “make things right,” but I never heard back from him. The event room was also cluttered with construction items that we had to work around. Might be a decent place to stop in for a beer and food but they don’t accommodate large parties or events very well..
What a great stop!! A real hidden gem. Great wine AND beer. Wonderful service. Great conversation. A MUST STOP in the area ?
Please understand that on an 80 degree sunny Saturday afternoon there are people that go out of their way for 50+ miles to check you guys out. Bikers, joyriders, etc. I watched as exasperated people left not willing to wait 20 minutes for a drink. You guys should have had at least 2 more people working today. You would have made more than enough money to justify their pay.On the other hand, the beer was solid and the server that did pour the drinks was very friendly and apologetic. On that count, I’ll be back again. If you guys get your act together next time on the service I’ll be happy to upgrade the rating.
Heading to Beaver Lake? Live near Springdale? Bored and it’s Thursday? Head to this brewery. It’s worth the trip. The boast a robust 16 of their own beers on tap and 9 of their own ciders. They also make their own wine.Thursday’s are all you can eat wing days for $20! The door and the pillar in the photo is where the food comes from. I’m assuming the kitchen is above and they’ve rigged a system to drop the food from below, very Chitty Chitty Bang Bang of them.Great find!
Loved it here, we stopped in one friday evening for Beers and appetizers and the service was next level even tho they were short staffed and busy. Our server recommended coming back for Saturday brunch and we did the next day and what a phenomenal breakfast and beer to start our day with. I look forward to coming back here many times in the future.

Solid beer and friendly staff! Try the porter!
We have been to Saddlebock 4 times over past 3 months. Great food from Chef JO. Burgers, Bang Bang Shrimp, Steak and Chicken Marsala. Check it out.
Great fried Avocado bites. Enjoyed the Juiced IPA.

My wife and I was in the area and decided to stop by and check out this Brewer and have some lunch. It’s off the beaten path, as most great places are. The burger was excellent, my wife’s blt was great, and we tried several crafts. I loved the vanilla bourbon porter. Very smooth. My wife tried the dirty blonde and loved it as well. Our beer tender was Josh and he was awesome. He told us about the history of the place, and the beers they served. Overall, well worth the visit, recommend you check this place out, and maybe we will see each other there as I plan to return as well.
