Okay so I went to the store today I walked into the store asked the young lady up front about a cooler online and she said let me asked the manager and she did and he said oh she talking about the blue one we no longer have it even though it stated online it was in the store. So I went to my car to order for pick up and guess what they filled my order with no issue. Im so sick of being profiled or getting treated differently when I come inside these stores. I guess my name online made me worthy of filling my order…I do not recommend this Sams definitely not the first time this happened to me..

We ordered pick up almost a week earlier and when we arrived to pick it up they had closed the Cafe early and we hadn't received any call or notification that they were closing early and wouldn't be able to fulfill our order. We were ordering for a wedding rehearsal dinner so it really messed up the evening. Their food is really good and great for the price, just be careful ordering in advance because apparently they aren't reliable with pick-up orders, even when you call in advance.

I ordered glasses from Sam's Club and received blue lenses. I paid for high quality lenses that aren't supposed to be blue. Messages were sent to the lab and they were reordered. They turned out blue again. I ended up getting a refund. I thought I would give them another chance. I ordered sunglasses on the 9th of May. I have yet to receive them and last I heard they haven't shipped yet. Where are my glasses? I really wanted these.
I've recommended to many friends and family they go to Sam's optical but without a quicker and more competent lab, I can no longer do so.

Sams makes millions of dollars a year and you no longer offer wipes to clean the carts? NO ONE is sanitizing the carts!! And you are unable to afford wipes for US to do it?? You also offer samples for everyone to eat but after pushing a dirty Covid covered cart?? Thank you almighty Waltons for doing your part. Greedy Greedy corporation!

Called the tire and battery area. Waited 10 mins. No answer. I just needed a nail removed. Drove by to get my pick up order, (would be so convenient to get both done at the same spot- right?). 2 gentlemen standing with the garage doors wide open. Not a single car in either. Called again. Was put on hold again, only to be told they can’t get to me until 2pm because they have other ahead of me. I have been sitting out here 20 mins waiting for my pick up order (super awesome dudes, btw) and not a single car has come or gone in.
