Waited over 30 minutes beyond the time my order was placed online. Received my food after standing at the counter unattended to for 10 minutes, and left. Got back to work to eat, and discovered that my fresh fruit cup was just a few green grapes. Nothing else. Won’t be coming back to this store.

They have some kind of leak coming from behind their soda machine or ice machine and by the looks of the wall and floor it’s been like this for a hot minute. Upper management is definitely ignoring a repair bill or something.

Super friendly and great customer service! I accidentally placed the wrong order and called to make adjustments—they were so helpful in making the changes. When we went to pick it up, they even gave some turkey for my dog, which was such a sweet and kind gesture. I didn’t get a chance to get your name, but thank you so much!

First time at this restaurant, and I felt more than welcomed. Friendly staff and very personable. Haven't tried the food yet, but I'm due it's delicious. I want to be aware they offer flat breads, salads, soups, and, of course, their sandwiches. To me, their small sandwich is considered a regular, and their medium would be considered a large, I can only imagine what a large sandwich would be, lol

It took 40 minutes to go thru the drive thru. Will never come to this restaurant again. The worst part was I ordered 2 large Cinnabons. I ordered 4 she had to check came back said they only have 2. While sitting at window I watched young man box 1 up and give sandwiches and 1 Cinnabon to customer who ordered inside the restaurant. The same customer I watch walk in after sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes. When he gave me my order he apologized said he only had 1. Dine inside have priority? Lastly 2 of the 4 sandwiches were wrong. Springdale location.
