First time at this restaurant, and I felt more than welcomed. Friendly staff and very personable. Haven't tried the food yet, but I'm due it's delicious. I want to be aware they offer flat breads, salads, soups, and, of course, their sandwiches. To me, their small sandwich is considered a regular, and their medium would be considered a large, I can only imagine what a large sandwich would be, lol

It took 40 minutes to go thru the drive thru. Will never come to this restaurant again. The worst part was I ordered 2 large Cinnabons. I ordered 4 she had to check came back said they only have 2. While sitting at window I watched young man box 1 up and give sandwiches and 1 Cinnabon to customer who ordered inside the restaurant. The same customer I watch walk in after sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes. When he gave me my order he apologized said he only had 1. Dine inside have priority? Lastly 2 of the 4 sandwiches were wrong. Springdale location.

Husband's sandwich was very good (Beef Cheese). Avocado turkey sandwuch was good but needed more flavor (sauce). Service was friendly. No wait in the drive thru and food was prepared quickly.

Everytime we go to this location the service is meh and the employees act like they hate life. Last two times we have been I have asked for my flatbread to be cooked a little extra so the cheese is actually melted and they say ok. And Everytime I get a luke warm flatbread with barely melted cheese. Also I went today on a Wednesday and wanted to do the bogo for the flatbread and the cashier said manager won't let us do it for flatbread because the manager didn't order enough for them to honor bogo. This locations needs a overhaul. Next time I will wait and go the location on Walnut in Rogers.

Besides the store being a bit small and the prices a bit steep, this is a great place to go for a sandwich. In fact, I prefer it over many other places. They always put a large amount of meat and cheese on your sandwich and the bread is very tasty. The people there were very nice and accommodating. My sandwich was ready in well under 5 mins and was great. I got the Beef Smokecheesy. It was very good. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone.

They charged 16$ for a sandwich because I wanted a grilled cheese and they took everything off but the cheese
I spent $17 and some change for a combo meal only to get home and find out the sandwich was made wrong. I ordered the avocado turkey with NO mayonnaise and asked to add mustard. My sandwich was covered in mayonnaise. I tried calling the store multiple times to let them know and the line was busy every time I called. That was a waste of my money.

I would enjoy your food like I have since 8th grade, if it more like the 1st ad photo I put on review. I pick up at window and have it delivered by Uber. Yet I get the sandwhiches from Springdale like the other photos that doesn't look like the good sandwhiches. I've gotten more bad sandwhiches then good. Also, I didn't get a photo of the soups I got last time. But if you cant give me the actual soup size, then don't send or charge. I would also like to get contacted by owner when I call a store and leave my name and number with a manager at Fayetteville store. I try with Springdale store but usually the phone is busy or there is an issue. So far I got a great sandwhich once from Springdale when I ordered online for pick up after my first review next one not so great. One time in Rogers when I ate in resturant.
