Staff was friendly and helpful but food was disappointing. This used to be my husband's favorite Thai restaurant. Unfortunately, dinner was a huge let down. Orange chicken and sweet and sour chicken was heavily battered with no flavor. Pad thai had chicken that tasted old. Fried rice, spring rolls and egg rolls were very good. They were the only redeeming part of the meal.

When I asked to have the bill split, she simply threw the receipt on the table and was dismissive, telling us to handle it at the front. When we got there, she was clearly inconvenienced by our request and made the whole payment process awkward and uncomfortable. Overall, it felt more like we were paying for poor service rather than a meal. Definitely won’t be back.
I recently visited Silk Road Thai Restaurant in Springdale and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The staff member who served us was notably rude and unprofessional. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.
I don’t mind paying twenty something dollars for chicken and rice for one person, but I do expect not to have a receipt tossed at me.

We entered this restaurant looking to experience their Thai cuisine for the first time. Our drink order was taken in a timely manner, but we were immediately asked if we were ready to order. Having never been there before and having less that 60 second to look at the menu, we asked our server to give us a minute.
Ten minutes later and with only two other dining parties in the restaurant, our server still had not returned to collect our orders.
We were unable to flag anyone down – they seemed to be ignoring us. So we left – and will not return.

Had the Panang with Chicken. Loved that they used snow peas instead of Green Bell peppers.
Ordered medium Spicy and that was perfect.
But I did pull out the Jalapeños before beginning.
Dish with Rice and Water with 20% tip $20.

I've been coming here for years now and tonight was the worst experience so far. My dads busy working from home so we decided to order a Doordash order and pick it up ourselves. I got the beef larb and he got an order or egg rolls and a large egg drop soup. The large was an extremely small portion and same with the egg rolls and the soup. The soup was definitely not a large is was maybe 8oz of soup at most. And the egg rolls were extremely small for what we paid. His order was about 12 or 13$ worth and he probably only got 5$ or 6$ of food. The worst part is he's still hungry and I have to work night shift so I cant even call the restaurant and pick up a new order. I've been here probably 20 times and after this experience I'll probably take my business elsewhere. Food did taste good why you didn't get 1 star.

Absolutely wonderful food. Extremely fresh, Extremely authentic. I had the crab rangoons, theres 8 of them, they're amazing. Handmade, light and airy, nice and crispy. The available hot chili sauce on the table pairs well with the sweet and sour. I also had a bowl of the Tom Kar Coconut soup with Chicken. I like mine Thai Hot. It was amazing. Delicious straw mushrooms. I also had the Garlic Pepper Beef, and damn it was good. Very flavorful, nice and spicy.
To wrap it up I had to try their fried bananas. They were on point, with a little sweet dipping sauce that came with. Highly Recommend, I'll be back to try the Pho and the Curry. Can't wait.
