The Slim Chickens app stated that I could get a free chicken sandwich that would automatically be added to my order. When I tried to place my order in the app it stated "Oops! Your selected reward is not valid for this order." Then my order disappeared. I went to the store and told them what happened. I was politely told that I could try to order with the app again. I declined and left with nothing.

Went through the drive though and ordered a classic meal with bbq sauce. Upon reaching the window I see my food sitting there, while Ms. Yadira B. is presumably chatting leisurely with her coworkers. When I get home from my 10 minute drive, my food is ice cold, 3 tenders instead of 4, and slims sauce. When I tried to call this location to fix the issue the phone wouldn’t ring, and I was then told by someone in management I would have to go back up there to resolve the issue. This is entirely inconvenient and quite possibly the worst service ever with extremely poor efficiency in resolving issues.

I was eating here at least twice a week, I usually eat around 8pm or later. After several recent experiences, I've decided to change my review. Too often are my orders incorrect, missing patties in chicken sandwiches, paper left on the cheese, sauces that I pay extra for always forgotten, extremely long waits, always being asked to pull forward and sit for 20 minutes, but most recently it was undercooked food after a 35minute wait, and when I tried to remedy the situation it was met with a hostile night shift manager that is extremely rude, abrasive and confrontational.
I won't be back, Zaxbys gets my $80+/week from now on. It's really sad because the food is good, but I won't go somewhere where i was yelled at by staff while trying to remedy an issue with my undercooked food.

I visited during the lunch rush, and although nearly all the inside tables were occupied, the service was impressively fast. The team worked seamlessly together, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The Coke station was spotless, and any empty tables were promptly cleaned and ready for the next guests. Great job maintaining efficiency and cleanliness during a busy time!

I usually check my order before leaving the drive-thru, but this time I didn't, and I was disappointed with what I found in my box. The fries were cold and seemed to be mixed with onion rings. Thankfully, I'm not allergic to onions. The chicken was lukewarm, and the young lady at the window had an attitude when handing me my drink, which was also not properly sealed. This isn't the first time this has happened, but it's the first time I've decided to speak up. People pay good money for what is advertised, and if I’m going to wait more than 15 minutes for food, it should be fresh.
