third stop on seeing whos got the best chicken tenders..and also got chicken wings as well..the chicken tenders while not the most flavorful we had tried..they were however fresh and juicy and seasoned ok..the fries were good..the chicken wings were very good..the Big Dill chicken sandwich was good..service was great

Food was good this time but how hard is it to follow the order!? Shorted two sauces, that I paid extra for. I always have issues with this location. Last time I got a salad there the lettuce was rancid and I had a hair in my sauce. I’m not very pleased with this location and nothing was done the last time. Some people have limited time to grab lunch during work and I really didn’t think I had to double check my order. I would advise you do so if you order from store #0032. I understand it’s just sauce, but I want what I paid for.

Bad service. The employees can't keep track of what orders they've brought out to patrons in the dining room. I waited for over 20 minutes for food that was never going to come because the kitchen had 'already brought out the order' even though I clearly hadn't received my food. I ended up getting a refund and no food during this particular visit.
From previous visits, the food is sub-par. For example, they will give you the smallest chicken strips in the entire batch if you order a wrap. This review is very specific to the Slim Chicken's location on Thompson - I haven't had any similar issues at other locations.

It was a busy Friday and the drive-thru line was so slow. That was okay. I understand that, but the service was abhorrent! It seems like lately everywhere I go I cannot Believe that no one knows anything about the menu. Also no sauce, no napkins, no sense of urgency. And when you do get to the window , it seems like it's a bother for them to do their job. Now I made a career out of serving and bartending for More than 25 years, so I'm not speaking as someone who has no idea what I'm saying. If I had the attitude and slack back in the day that these kids possess, I would not have ever had a job. Somehow it's acceptable to be that way nowadays. Sorry for the long rant but it was really bad. And that was the third restaurant I had gone to , and dealt with this . Springdale please get it together.
My boyfriend and I recently visited a new location, and at first, my expectations were pretty low because we live in Bentonville and have never had as good of an experience as we did at the Slim's near us. The ones in our area usually have subpar service and food. However, at this new location, we were immediately greeted at the door, and the staff were super nice. I ordered the new Chicken Club sandwich, and it was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. The chicken was so crispy and juicy, and the bun was perfectly buttered on the inside and outside. It made my day exceptionally better!

Absolutely disappointed and angry.
I normally like going into their dine-in area, but I went through drive thru for the first time and was annoyed and upset the whole time. They gave me a minute that I had asked for to look over the menu. I told them I was ready, waited a solid couple of minutes and it’s as if they never heard. This happened again as I was wanting to proceed with my order.
Finally was able to order my food and got to the window. Paying was fine, but I waited about 10 minutes for my food with absolutely no one telling me what was going on. I ended up getting a completely different order in my bag except for the side being correct, but I didn’t know this until I had already got home. Girl at the register was Kurt and not exactly polite or rude. Just did not care to be friendly. The place is about 20 to 30 minutes out of the way otherwise I would have gone back to complain in person.

Went here today 7/15/2024 7pm, the staff is rude especially the lady taking the orders at the drive thru window. I couldnt even look at what sauces there were without her saying "are you done, is that it", the manager be on the phone. And the food was horrible fries undercooked and cold.

Night manager is rude!!! If you dislike dealing with people over food that THEY PAY FOR, then get a different career! They up charged me for a meal that I didn’t even order! Since they gave me the wrong meal I had to go back(after I got home) to get the right meal which was two dollars less. Didn’t refund the difference or even bother to offer it but then didn’t want to give me the hot sauce and ranch that I asked for without wanting to charge me again. They were rude from the start which made me get rude back. NEVER again!! Been eating at Fayetteville location for years and not one problem!
