Ordered from the location 6 minutes from my house when arrived it was shockingly cold to the point of not able to eat it. Glad I spent $20 and barely got any fries(which were ICE cold) and rock hard toast that even my dog wouldn’t eat.

Everytime we’ve go through the drive regardless of it being busy or not they take so long to get orders out and on top of that they ALWAYS forget something and I’m always missing an item.

I had a very unpleasant experience. My fries had a hair in them, and one of my wings still had feathers on it. On top of that, the chicken wasn’t fully cooked. This shows a clear lack of hygiene and attention to food preparation. I really hope the restaurant improves its quality control, because this experience was far from what I expected

We had Lavonna as a waitress. We didn’t have a greeting from her not a smile. Did not answer our questions Shorted us on our order. When we let her know this she again she did not show any kindness.

First and last time here. I waited for 20 minutes in the lobby after placing my order before finally asking for a refund. The staff seemed to be falling on their faces trying to get orders out. Numerous other customers standing and sitting with no food in front of them. I hope they are able to improve their service but I will not be back to find out if they do.
UPDATE: After saying that they would refund me my money, they charged my credit card anyways. I called the store and was told that they would not be able to help me. That is okay, Goldman-Sachs and Mastercard are taking care of it on my behalf with a charge back.

Ordered some potato salad and I guess they were running low so they topped the dish up with what appears to be dish water, idk, it's foul. Straight up throwing money away to spend it here. Check out the pics of runny potato hell. And listen, I have to imagine it's an owner issue. I've never seen a staff member twice turnover is so bad, and wouldn't you know, quality hasn't improved with new staff. Hey boss, pretty sure that means you're the problem as manager/owner. I love slim chickens but this one doesn't deserve a dime.
