Waited at the menu in the drive thru for over 5 mins, no answer. Pulled around to a stall and pressed the red button 3 times before leaving. The burgers are always too greasy, too. Should not have to wait for 10+ minutes to get my order in. Ridiculous.

I usually do not have a problem with Sonics food. I tried there salted caramel bites and was disappointed. I only got four and they were small. I also got a chicken ranch wrap and it was delicious.

This sonic reassured me that I should never go back to sonic again. They have the worst customer service. They treat customers like they’re an inconvenience. If you have to eat somewhere, eat somewhere else.
