I like this place alright. It's convenient in location for sure. The staff are kinda rushy, so don't take your time ordering. Best thing I learned is to just breakdown and get the app. Order it online and take as long as u like. Pick up after. Then ur not rushed by anyone and can get it and go. But the food usually turns out ok.

I come to this location mostly because it's only a few blocks away, and I'm pretty forgiving when they mess up my order but it gets to a point where it becomes frustrating. Several times at this location my food wrong, missing, or my drink is wrong. One time it took them three attempts to bring me the correct drink. You can't get a refund on a mobile order unless you're at the physical location either.

Got a milkshake when no one else was open but McDonald's and they don't have strawberry milkshake only sonic. Thank you for being open when the weather has everyone closed down.

The screens are always broken when I come here to order. Some of the stalls show you how much you're paying, but most none of them allow you to add a tip because the screen just goes black with a bunch of writing all over it. Whoever is running this location should get these fixed so their team members can earn more money.
The service is always great and the food always comes out hot and fresh. We love coming here after games.

I seriously think blind people could make better food than what this location is serving out to the public. And with their automated responses to the other bad reviews just shows that they have no concern.

Ordered just two drinks. It wasn't busy at all when I arrived, so they came out pretty quick. This was how they were handed to me. When I proceeded to ask the car hop for some napkins nicely she told me "I'd have to go back inside to get them" as if she was bothered by my comment. Will not be coming back.?

I went to drive thru to order food. I ordered a number 2 and when the hand out my food it only had one meat. I asked them to fix it and they didn't wear gloves. That is so disgusting

Got 2 crunch wraps and there's zero crunch on them (not the 1st time), only a chicken strip and cheese wrapped in a tortilla.
The cheese tots I got were cold and the cheese on them was basically dried out.

Because I have a tight lunch window I placed an online order to be picked up at 12:02 and my food was not brought out to me until 12:18. They completely forgot about me and said they “got my order mixed up”. Now I’m late for work, the food is cold and soggy and all the lady said was “sorry” as she shoved the food at me and just walked away. Zero communication between the workers and I had to buzz them back in order for them to remember I was still sitting there waiting in the first place. Don’t waste your time eating here unless you can afford to sit and be ignored and then get treated like it’s your problem and then be forced to scarf down your soggy food because you’re hungry and now late.

Terrible customer service from management. Ordered a bacon breakfast burrito, when I received it 18 min later (1 other car in a bay and 1 car in drive thru) it was smaller that the palm of my hand. I asked for the manager they sent the kitchen manager. She basically said this is what you are getting. I said I'm not pay 4 for this, she said they are 2.69, so I was like whatever & gave up. Then I looked at my receipt it was 4 & dove to drive thru window. A lady saw me and just pointed, like I'm not dealing with that. Yes they refunded me. But it was ridiculous!
