I am a regular visitor of this sonic. For the last couple months, it is progressively gone downhill. The bays don’t work and you can’t order and the service is extremely slow. Today I sat in Bay one activated the red button, it told me it was activated and it never worked. I finally just ordered on my phone for pick up ASAP and it took 15 minutes before I finally just left after I checked in. I will not be coming back as it just keeps getting worse.

I've lived 3 miles from this location for 20+ years. It's gone down the toilet. It's incredibly expensive and you will have your order made wrong consistently. $12 for a burger and onion rings that they can't make the burger right, don't give asked for sauces and the meat on the burger was clearly old and had been sitting there. This is the norm for this location these days, go somewhere else. The car hops will also break change down in a way to hopefully guilt you into tipping. My bill was $11.72. I paid with $22 (a 20 and 2x $1. I had some $1 bills already that I planned to give one and the coin change as the tip and didn't want a pocket of 1 dollar bills. The car hop gave me back my 2xll$1 broke the $20 into $1 bills for change and told me she'd have to go back into the store for my actual coin change. So my food was made wrong, i didn't get any sauces I asked for, no receipt and no napkins. The car hop couldn't make change and didn't have coin change on them and the food overall was mediocre at best. Very disappointed and don't expect to come back.
Edit - Just spoke with GM Zane (hopefully spelled correctly) and he's treating me to lunch today and has assured me things will be different with his night crew. Thank you, Zane, I appreciate the lunch and good faith moving forward.

I stop at this location at least twice a week for fun drinks. Ms Peggy is the best! She’s always running nonstop to get orders out quick, she’s super friendly and offers wonderful CS. This is my favorite sonic location. Plus, they make my fun water/Sprite Zero orders 100% correct.

Made my dr pepper with vanilla, sweet cream and real cherries wrong ... No vanilla or sweet cream in it, and forgot to bring my second order out. Had to red button them 10 minutes after waiting to get a dr pepper with no ice.....

Every time I come to this Sonic it’s so disappointing. I get it if y’all are in a rush things happen, but I get a ultimate meat and cheese burrito and every time I do it’s not made right as in there’s barely anything eggs/sausage and especially bacon as well as forgets to put the cheese sauce on it every time. But this time when I opened the wrapper up my burrito wasn’t even wrapped up (which usually is) all my stuff was falling out of it, hardly any eggs at all and sausage. I did ask for extra bacon and cheese sauce I did get that. But I’m basically eating a tortilla cheese sauce and bacon w a few pieces of egg and somewhat sausage. I usually don’t make reviews this is my first, I don’t mean to cause problems. But it’s just really annoying paying for something and I’m not getting what I paid for and my food is just a literally mess bc it wasn’t wrapped when I received it. Thanks.
