This sausage burrito has about 3 bits of sausage and the shredded cheese is replaced with cheese sauce. I come to sonic soley for their breakfast burrito. If I wanted cheese sauce I'd go to taco bell. I will say the carhop was great though.

I hate to see that this sonic has so many bad reviews but this is my favorite one. Actually just drove out here from Fayetteville just to have guaranteed good food. Keep it up you guys ROCK!!!!! Sad I have one 3 minutes away from my home that sucks but i’m grateful to have a go to!!

If I could give this location a Zero I would. I received a text on 9/19/24 for a BOGO Footlong Coney. It gave 3 options to order. In the App, Online or at Drive In. There was no disclaimer saying at participating stores only. They would not honor it. The guy taking my order was also very rude. I will "NEVER" go to this location again. We have over 100 employees at our office/warehouse in Tontitown. They will all know about this incident.

I've been to two different stalls while I've been here… Pressing the red button and waiting 10 minutes at each stall… And no one is even greeting me. So far I've been here for almost 20 minutes and no one has come on the coms to take an order. Several cars have left in frustration. It's obvious the manager didn't show up today.

This place is pretty good… Today's pretty sad.

We ended up leaving and going to another restaurant for lunch.

40 minutes to get 2 drinks. The two staff members we interacted with were nice. Not sure what the problem was.

I don't recommend going to this sonic. They're extremely slow and unorganized.

I frequently stop at the Sonic in tontitown ark, & they always have the best Food & Service. I Love them for Always Taking care to get my order done right. You guys are awesome so sincerely, Thank

Never really had a problem with this location until today. There was no other cars in the parking lot, but mine. Ordered a chicken sandwich, waited 15 minutes, I got 2 burgers and 2 orders of tots instead , I Sent it back. I waited 20 more minutes for my sandwich. Had to push the button and ask how long it would be, the lady said "oh your chicken sandwich is right here, we forgot." Would have just left but I'd paid through the app. I will probably never go to this sonic again.
