Sonic charges 4.50 for a "BLT Toaster" that has the skimpiest amount of bacon I've ever seen, took 15 minutes to put 2 pieces of bacon on toast, and then expects us to pay their workers in tips, instead of paying them an honest wage. What a rip off. Never coming back.

Love the half-priced drinks thru the Sonic App all day, not restricted like the Happy Hour if you are paying at the Sonic Stall with cash.Parking: I've never seen it so full that you couldn't get a spot, and even if it was full, use the Drive-thru Window!

We ordered and waited 15 minutes and watched cars that came in after us get served. No one answers the button so we left after 5 more minutes of being ignored. They shouldn't say food is on its way when it's not. Should have gone through drive thru.
Don't expect to get any cherries with your drink. Have ordered several slushes with cherries from the tontitown location. No matter if I order extra or just regular amount of cherries, I hardly ever get any in my drink. I ordered a cherry slush with nerds Sept 7th, and didn't get and cherries, in my cherry slush. Very disappointed in management and staff

After pressing the red order button no one answers. I pressed it again and nothing. Pressed it a few more times…. and finally someone answers and I place an order. No confirmation or amount due confirmed. After about 10-15 minutes a girl comes out and says they can’t hear what I’m saying so she would have to take my order. After placing the order with her we wait and wait. I’mabout to drive off when I see an employee bringing out the order. He hands everything to me through the window, takes my debit card and says he’d be right back. I try totake the lid off my sonic blast and melted ice cream spills over my hands, all over my car, and clothes. I hold the melted mess outside of my window and try to pour some of what was left out to possibly get to an unmelted part but there is no unmelted part. There is nothing in this blast either. It was supposed to be a Reese’s blast but there were no chocolate/peanut butter pieces in this. I think I saw a few sprinkles on top when it was handed to me. My daughter’s blast was the same way. I just pitched my melted mess on the pavement. There was no way I was going to bring that dripping fiasco back in my car. The sonic employee who returns with my debit card said he was going to call the cops on me for littering. I told him he might try doing his job and the place was a joke! He yells that he was doing his job!!! I just left. As we’re driving down the highway my granddaughter tells me her slush drink wasn’t right. I looked at it and it was pretty much colored water. I used to love Sonic but this incident today will result in my never going back. My daughter said, “Mom I tried to warn you”. The last couple of times we’ve eaten here it was just horrible! Well I won’t be back and if the cops show up I’ll plead my case. Just ridiculous excuse for food and service!
