Horrible experience. Saw all the other positive reviews and had high hopes but I was severely disappointed. Showed up at 3:20 PM for a 4:00 PM appointment, was told they’d have to “work me in” even though I was early and there were no other trucks on site waiting to unload. Had to wait over 3 hours just to get a dock assigned, even after calling twice to see what the hold up was. Then took another 2 hours to unload me. Saw other trucks come in to deliver and get put straight into a dock while I was waiting patiently for my turn. Told them I had another load to pick up after that about 90 miles away (which I was late to by 3 hours due to this receivers blatant negligence of other people’s time) which is where I currently am as I write this review, 3 hours on my clock and counting with a winter storm about to roll in. Absolutely insane. Was REALLY disappointed by this display despite all the positive reviews. Hopefully they see this and do better from now on for other drivers so that they aren’t subject to the same predicaments that I’m currently in. Praying I never have to come back here.
Appt was 9am got checking 5:15am got door empty in 1hr no parking here u go to pilot or park on street
Went for delivery to this place, it has few spots to park the trailer but i couldn't find any staging area. They took my information and had me to fill up the form and then sent me to different facility for delivery which was about 3.5 miles from this location.. it has only one dock and if you are coming from the left side of the facility then it's hard to maneuver otherwise all good. The guy will come to check the seal so don't break it yourself. You will be done in hour
If you can't deliver on time, then don't order the truck.
I had a delivery of chocolate from Pennsylvania with a 12:00 p.m. delivery. I checked in at 9:00 p.m. the night before and there was nobody there so I signed in. They called me at 6:00 a.m. and I was asleep. I returned their call at 9:00 a.m. and they sent me to another location a mile away and said I was next to be in that dock. A lot of these bad reviews must be written by people with like 60 days experience.
Was scared after seeing all the reviews. Arrived at 10:30 am for 11am delivery. Checked in and was sent to another location, backed in at door right away. The guy working there is quick and I was unloaded in 20 mins.
Forget appointment times, they mean nothing. They tell you to park on city side roads and you will be lucky if you have any mirrors left when you do. And to make matters worse the local shuttle drivers are dropping there trailers on the side streets. I think it's time to call the city and start complaining.
i give them -5 starr .my dispatcher rescheduled my appointment my first appointment is 31 july and he call and sent email at warehouse.dispatcher call me he said i already sent email and call at warehouse so you can go i came here 29 july and check in at arrived at 9:00 pm last night and checked in, he check email and told me your appointment is 30 july at 5:00am then i came here in 5 am in the morning she said your appointment is tomorrow 9 am she said no one rescheduled your appointment i don't know who's telling me lie night shift guy or morning shift lady.suck this place wasting my days. so if you came here be prepared to wasting to your priceless time.don't pick up load at this place if you have no load stay at home avoid this place.
I had a delivery so much slow The worst place it's very sucks those guys not working or even doesn't know how to work just playing games wasting time

the evening staff member responsible for checking in drivers displayed an appalling attitude. His behavior was rude, condescending, and entirely out of line. No driver should be subjected to such blatant disrespect. It is imperative that he be reminded that professionalism is not optional, and his conduct falls far below even the most basic standards of customer service. If this is representative of how your team interacts with drivers, I would seriously question whether any accountability exists within your organization.
ridiculous people have no respect for other people time.

At 4.38 got call for the door and now wait again to be loaded weaste the hole day

Avoid coming here. They will waste your clock. Check in, told go park(illegally) on side street. Called go back in to get my paperwork back and be sent to another location. At second location check in again, told go park in the street again. It’s like they don’t understand HOS at all. People are nice though.
