I ordered a venti iced matcha with white chocolate and cold foam and the matcha was not properly dissolved first and is clumpy and lumpy and the drink looks absolutely horrid.

Was really crowded when I got here…lots of Uni Students…but cleared out very quickly.There’s was a fly that just wanted to eat me up, annoyed me the entire stay.
Awful customer service. Very rude at the drive thru window, didn’t seem to care at all. Made me pull around because my order wasn’t ready yet because they get “graded” on it not being ready when I’m at the window..

Seemed like the didn’t care. Sat in drive through for 10 minutes behind one other car (who only had one drink), 2 other cars in the parking lot. Never acknowledged us at the drive through window, and we still sat there for another minute or two and left. Things could have been going haywire inside, so hopefully this review will be a gentle reminder to at least communicate if there’s a delay. Don’t just let people sit there

Manager was rude in person and over the phone. Placed a decent sized order and was rude when we picked up. A drink was missing and she stated that it got lost in transit.
