I always come here and the drinks and people are always friendly, however, there a few baristas that make the experience absolutely miserable. I ordered two matcha lattes with cold foam today and they were extremely bitter. The girl in drive thru seemed annoyed I was asking her to scan my app and they forgot to add a topping that I paid a dollar for! A dollar is already too much for like 10 sprinkles, plus how do you forget to add it if you have stickers on the cups? The drinks were horrible I threw them out after a sip. I have got my usual and somehow it was bitter and overall nasty. How do you mess up a drink that bad? Bad quality drinks with bad quality service is just outrageous it made me really frustrated as Starbucks is already pricy.

Abbie was absolutely incredible! The drink she made was amazing—perfectly crafted and full of flavor. Her service was second to none; she was so kind, attentive, and genuinely made me feel like I mattered. You can tell she truly enjoys her job, and that positive energy made the whole experience even better. Huge thanks to Abbie for brightening my day—I’ll definitely be coming back because of her!

I can’t ever go to this location because despite their hours being 5:30 AM to 8:30 PM, they are always closed By 2 PM. At first I thought maybe they just closed at 6 o’clock last week because I tried to go there then and maybe their hours were just different for the day? But it’s currently 3:31 PM and I just tried to go there and they’re closed. Even the Starbucks app says that they’re closed but their hours say they’re open until 8:30. I’d really like to be able to use this Starbucks Since it’s on a common route I take, but if I want Starbucks I always have to drive out of my way so I often don’t get it. Is there a place where I can see the true hours for the store because the ones posted on Google and printed on the door don’t seem to be correct?

I always go to this Starbucks ❤️ staff is always so friendly i dont have any issues , except this one girl KAITLYN i do not know why she has it after me noone else do i have issues with. When i ask her for extra napkins , lid ,straw etc she gives me attitude shes rolled her eyes at me twice already . Yall that go there pay attention and you will see what im talking about.

My child fell in there side walk by the front door 4 days after the snow. They claimed to have cleaned their parking lot, but that wasn’t the case when I drove by hours later! They manager offered a 1800 number and pretty much said, “we can’t do anything for you”. She did have a bruise but thankfully we didn’t have to take her to the emergency room or they would be hearing from me. I will avoid Starbucks at all costs and they don’t care about their customer’s or employees safety!

Don't try the impossible breakfast, it sure is impossible...to eat. It tasted like dog food. I also got the double smoked bacon and cheddar and egg sandwich and the bacon was wet, mushy, fatty, and over all not good. I don't know how but this place went down hill so fast
I absolutely love this Starbucks location! I wish I could afford to have a hand crafted Venti caramel macchiato EVERY DAY!!! Thanks for the obsession Starbucks!

Stopped by this morning to pick up a mobile order i made, when I received my drink, it didn't have any sweet cream foam and yes i ordered that and yes its on the order slip on the cup. Didnt get any yet I was charged for it anyway. This isnt the first time theyve done this
