Service was slow (inside) even though they were not busy and the employees were rude! Felt like they were purposely not working on the order and practically threw my drink at me when I asked if they could please hurry since I was already waiting for 10+ minutes when there was no line in drive thru or the counter.

I stopped at this Starbucks during the early morning hours on a Sunday and walked into a rather empty restaurant. There was no line and my order was taken promptly. Unfortunately, the time it took to make one small coffee and microwaved eggs was long. It appeared the employees were more interested in processing mobile orders. Eventually, I received my meal and was on my way. My peppermint mocha was delicious, but my egg bites were rung up incorrectly. Instead of receiving bacon and Gruyère, I got ones that were filled with peppers. Ugh! I was already 10 miles down the road, before I realized the mistake. I definitely won’t be going back.

Sick to my stomach! Matcha was not mixed all the way and cherry on top was a hair in my drink, I had to pull the hair out of my mouth after tasting it! Definitely not my hair because I have curly hair. Just crazy

I love a good cheese danish from Starbucks, but this location you can tell they bake their danishes with the sandwiches or use the same pan without washing. The smell and taste of the danish is all ham/sausage/bacon. For someone who doesn’t eat meat and is pregnant, this was a terrible surprise.

Burnt coffee. Had my coffee remade. Same thing. I don't recommend this place. The young lady that took my order was sooo kind and I appreciate the patience and kindness. I didn't have any problem with the Starbucks on Thompson Street and Maple, under 10 minutes away.
I have a Braville expresso machine at home. What I've learned is that Burnt coffee happens when the coffee ground isn't replace after each coffee is made.
To much great local coffee to go here. Just full of sugar. Staff was friendly

Its funny to read the negative reviews, they all have 1 common theme. Then see all the 4-5 star reviews. Thats where it’s at. I’ve been to hundreds of SB across the country and spent thousands over 25 years. This SB is hands down the best. All the girls, and Trey know my name and what I order. Much love for Sky, V, Jameson, Kassie, Stacy, Amanda and Trey. I even miss others that aren’t there anymore. Let this review be your guide😊
