Burnt coffee. Had my coffee remade. Same thing. I don't recommend this place. The young lady that took my order was sooo kind and I appreciate the patience and kindness. I didn't have any problem with the Starbucks on Thompson Street and Maple, under 10 minutes away.
I have a Braville expresso machine at home. What I've learned is that Burnt coffee happens when the coffee ground isn't replace after each coffee is made.

Its funny to read the negative reviews, they all have 1 common theme. Then see all the 4-5 star reviews. Thats where it’s at. I’ve been to hundreds of SB across the country and spent thousands over 25 years. This SB is hands down the best. All the girls, and Trey know my name and what I order. Much love for Sky, V, Jameson, Kassie, Stacy, Amanda and Trey. I even miss others that aren’t there anymore. Let this review be your guide😊

This was my first experience at a Starbucks which is the new one in the mercy parking lot on elm springs road in Springdale. I ordered oatmeal and said I wanted it with all the amenities she told me that the blueberries were tart do you still want them and I said sure it's supposed to come with brown sugar packets and nuts package and blueberry package then I asked for a tall size tea with space on top to add milk and 2 splendas. Any case they give me a small size I said this isn't at tall size she said we don't use that term at this Starbucks I said well I guess you will be the first one I've ever came across that doesn't use the turn tall as in large. She said there would be a price difference and I said a price difference for more hot water or milk added to my cup. She later decided she went and charged me but filled it to the rim and it spilled all over my console. Then I drove off and then I got to Toyota started drinking it and realized it was not Splenda I called her back and she said they put stevia in it. What a wrack I'll never go back there again! They offer to do a refund or give me a new drink and check my information

The staff at this Starbucks are so incredibly kind and cheery every morning! I frequent this Starbucks several days a week before work and they are always so fast and so nice (the 2 girls this morning in particular: 10/11 at 6am) , I recently had an issue with an order I placed through the app and they fixed it and on my next order- today- they got me the item I missed which was so unnecessary and overwhelmingly kind. Thank you for everything you guys do and for such a positive and thoughtful morning coffee stop!
I went today because of the 2 for 10 and I asked specifically for that offer and they still charge me regular price. No tip and not coming back

Love the Elm Springs Starbucks! The barista remember you and they suggest great drinks. Even though it's a chain it feels like a small town coffee shop
