I come here at least 3 days a week for breakfast. I see the same people, order the same thing…and every time I amazed at the lack of professionalism in the employees. Not one time have I been greeted. Not one time has anyone said have a good day. Very rarely does the staff acknowledge my existence. Food is always good and reasonably priced so I keep coming back. But very unfriendly environment.

Food is good quality and a decent selection. The seating arrangement is nice. You don't feel like everyone can hear your conversations. And make sure to get the cookies!

I'm mostly leaving this in hopes a manager sees it. Came in today, girl at register, once she got off her phone, with the black fingernail polish and black heart tattoo on her hand, was super annoyed that we were even there. Didn't say a word to us outside of asking what bread and what cheese. No smile, no hello, just a mad look. Maybe the AirPods in her ears meant we interrupted her favorite song, not sure. 3 of the 8 drink options were out, probably because the workers mostly just sat around on their cell phones instead of actually working. Horrible service, food was actually decent, which it usually is, but I'd have been embarrassed if I had brought out of town family here. The manager/owner should be embarrassed also.
Chicken salad was a little dry. I loved the cranberry pecan bread though.
