Subway in Springdale

“This subway is pretty good compared to other locations. The food is amazing and the staff is always incredibly nice. The atmosphere of the restaurant is amazing with amazing wallpaper. However, some of the tables were slightly dirty and some of the food when they were making our sandwich looked cross-contaminated.“

“11/15/2023 - I had an order placed through uber eats and unfortunately there were some errors with the delivery driver and I never received my order. I called the store and Jesse was able to help me out with my situation and made it even better. He was very understanding and quickly came up with a resolution.“

“Today at the Subway on sunset in Springdale the woman at the counter was outstanding if I have never given a Google review before but her customer service was so great that it inspired me to do this for the first time, she was kind, very informative and knowledgeable about the sandwiches, and patient with me even after I did not know what I wanted whoever hired her and trained her has a great judge of character she made my sandwich to perfection the vegetables were crisp and fresh and absolutely delicious, not to mention the presentation of the sandwich was divine. That was definitely worth the money. I did ask her name I don't know if she would feel comfortable with me posting it on the Google but I will tell you it started with a c. ..... Thank you for the great sandwich today“

“i’ve been to this location a multitude of times i prefer it over the other locations for many reasons.. the service there is wonderful.. there is an outstanding employee there named ashton who always greets me with a smile under his mask lol.. he’s a very great sandwich maker and gets my order right all the time.. he definitely deserves a raise.. it’s a great restaurant, very clean, and i will continue to come..“

“This Subway is very friendly, kind, and efficient people. We always go here for our subs and we’re somewhat familiar with their faces. I always have a good experience and I’ve never had them mess up our order at all. I also love the windows, it lets a lot of light into the store.“
