Ok can someone explain to me, how I order 2 foot long BMT combos through the App, and when I get home, the veggies were there, but no meat!! Well there was bacon which I didn’t even ask for, but how can you make the sandwiches and forget the meat? Not just on one, but both of them, how does even make any sense? The young lady that seemed to in charge was not exactly friendly to top it all off, and this is not even the first time I had the pleasure of dealing with her. Not even sure what to say here, except that if you order from the App, you better check everything before walk out the door.

This location offers curbside pickup as a paraplegic I greatly appreciate this. However they can't seem to give you your food when it's due I waited 30min. After checking in. I tried to phone the location and they never answer I finally had to ask someone that was walking in to inform them that I was still waiting for my order. Btw the parking lot was empty prior to the one customer that was walking in.

the moment i walked in the lady that served us was not welcoming or nice what so ever, i ordered my food & through out ordering what i wanted no good energy was given & was pretty rude. i just think if you don’t like your job then why work in a position where you have to communicated with customers.

The staff was great, but the air conditioning was not. It was extremely hot. I would rather be outside than in the building subway you need to fix that. I could only imagine for the employees have to work all day in the heat.
