Recently just visited subway.
Manager in there today is overcharging customers, I especially asked for 1 spoon of guacamole in both subs that I was getting, and she charge me for 2. And sunk the receipt on the bag, when I took it out and approched the manager and ask for a refund. She said even tho it was her mistake, she still has to charge me.
That it's totally unfair, until I made my point she rudely said that if "i wanted my dollar back" . Always check your receipt.

I had placed an order for two subway sandwich and to coming home to barely any sandwich meat and coming back to complaining as the young lady never cared for her mistake just refunding my money back! Great way to keep your customers happy!(thumbs up) don’t come to this subway !

Placed online order that did not receive. It’s impossible to reach this location through phone. They deliver through door dash and the dasher delivered to wrong location. Had to contact door dash to see if I can get a refund. Hopefully this location does give me my money back and hopefully the dasher didn’t keep the food. It literally says to hand to customer.

10-3-24 5pm. The lady that took the order should be ashamed of herself and needs to get a job that does not serve the public in ANY capacity. She was incredibly rude, complacent and came off as a pathetic human being with complete disregard for any kindness or decency and appropriateness in human to human interaction. And whoever hired her has terrible judgment. I would try another location if I were you.

I'm a bit disappointed this is the first time subway has done this to me. I asked for bacon,peperoni, and shredded cheese on my sandwich which I got none of and didn't notice because I was trying to give a lady change for a 100 dollar bill.

This Subway is very friendly, kind, and efficient people. We always go here for our subs and we’re somewhat familiar with their faces. I always have a good experience and I’ve never had them mess up our order at all. I also love the windows, it lets a lot of light into the store.

Came to subway on my lunch break, 22 weeks pregnant, and I pointed out to the older lady working that my bread was cut pretty wonky, all crust on the top, and a thick bottom. I’m on a time crunch and terribly hungry so I mentioned it and continued paying out. They just took my sub to be measured, rewrapped it, and cashed me out. They didn’t do anything to ensure a happy sale or even offer to fix the problem at hand. I was hoping to at least be treated with decency and was instead given a terrible cold shoulder and not even told to do much as have a good day. Honestly completely lost my appetite after the experience. I was hoping to so much as have a decent meal while pregnant and and worn out from work.
