i like this location a lot but the manager had 2-4 employees walk out and the strain has been on the 2 that stayed. get them some help. they look so burned out.

I get a sub here regularly ...never had a problem. Today I stood at the counter for 2 min before the employee came out of the back, and then waited another 3-4 min while she was cleaning and still was never acknowledged. Another customer came in and I told him she wasn't paying attention to customers to which she replied "sorry" then I left I'd skip this location for now....go somewhere else where customers are a priority.

this location is a 3/10 twice now the lady has looked away talking to a coworker mid sandwich making so things get thrown in one spot. the first girl looked away while adding sauce and it was all in one spot. this time a different lady did it with veggies ?? you have all day to talk i just needed 3 mins for a good sandwich on my lunch. only 3/10 instead of 2 bc the guy was great but he unfortunately didn’t make my food. workers don’t care might be better off going 2 miles to the other location if you want it made good.

The people were incredible slow the girl couldn’t speak louder than a mouse and the food is not good but not bad just meh and it looks old.

My husband and I stopped in to get a sample #10 and asked for shredded mozzarella instead of the American. We were not told there's is no shredded mozzarella just thick slices. Was never asked if we want it toasted so we then we asked for it to be heated up just to melt the cheese and heat the bacon. My husband doesn't like his bread toasted, and got double meat. My husband ask for vinegar on his side of the sandwich and got OIL! What a nasty sandwich. When we got the bill, we were charged extra for the cheese!!!! I have never been charged for the type of cheese on my sandwich. I never got the cheese that it shows comes with the sandwich!! We will Never ever come back to this store nor will I recommend it. We couldn't even eat the sandwich it was nasty? ?

I called the store and Jesse was able to help me out with my situation and made it even better. He was very understanding and quickly came up with a resolution.

I called the store and Jesse was able to help me out with my situation and made it even better. He was very understanding and quickly came up with a resolution.
