Fam just paid over $38 for combos and none of the sandwich instructions were followed (we used the app) ... all 3 sandwiches were wrong ... the bread wasn't even toasted. Super disappointed in the service at this location.

If I could give 0 starts I would. Yesterday my client had a friend go to subway and 2 of the 3 sandwiches were made wrong. She paid $14.00 for it and is on SSI and disability and doesn’t have money to spend on food she won’t eat. I called to advocate for my clients and unless we have the receipt we can’t do anything for example we can’t get it remade or refunded.
I gave 0 starts for food and service because the food was wrong and they were unwilling to remake it without the receipt and as I said it was my clients friend who paid she never got a receipt. They ordered as a group and they live in section 8 it’s just really an unfair position and situation for her when all she really wants is the sandwich she ordered yesterday that was wrong.

Went here a few weeks ago, and one of the workers talked about how the last person who ordered left a big tip while I was paying. The most recent time I went, I explained multiple times what I wanted on my sandwich and the worker still got my order wrong (claimed that the vinaigrette I wanted “didn’t exist” even though it was on the menu, and when I pointed it out he just put a random sauce on my sandwich and claimed it was right).
Other than that, it’s just another normal subway. I used to go here out of convenience but at this point it’s really not worth it.

Onw young man in front looked stoned ir was just in very slow motion spent over 5 min on a foot long I left. Won't be back 2nd bad experience at this store. Hire help that wants to work and maybe smile

Came here for dinner at 7:34PM. One worker, only one person in front of me. Wasn’t greeted, but the customer in front of me turned around and stated “I have 3 more footings, and it’s taken him a while to make the first 3”Afterwards the male employee stated “I jinxed the slow night, looks like I’ll be here late”…. Dude you close in a few hours? I was so put off by that energy that I walked out and the employee didn’t even speak to me. I didn’t get a greeting so I’m not sure why I expected anything when I left.Some customer service training and some more hands on training would go a long way since he was so slow to do his main job…. Make sandwiches.

Jessica makes the best sandwiches I swear. I'm never disappointed. My husband agrees also. She's also so polite and friendly that's what keeps us coming here.

Unpleasant at best. Dropped my food on dirty counter almost put in my bag I had to stop the kid and asked for a replacement. He seemed annoyed I asked a for a receipt tossed it on counter. I then noticed the prep area was very unorganized as well. kind of concerned to eat my food honestly. I don’t believe I’ll return.
I have been here many, many times. I went around 7 at night, and 2 young gentlemen were there. They were very quiet, seemed a bit annoyed. They did make my dinner, which I did share with them that I appreciated. I always attempt a small conversation, and they did not like that AT ALL. It was uncomfortable, making me feel like I was being a bother while they were making my dinner. I grabbed a bag of chips, which implies I would like it to be a meal. I asked which cup to use, and he said “you want a meal?” Then had to adjust the computer, all was fine if I wouldn’t have felt like an inconvenience to them. Which. I try to make light of when I attempt conversation! Overall, I love subway, but I will NOT be coming back to this one.
Vegetarian options: More than enough vegetables.
Parking: Nowhere to park unless you want to walk.
