There were employees non stop cussing like sailors and cleaning about customers coming in. All our food was over cooked. They thought we didn’t know Spanish I’m guessing by how they were speaking about us being here. Tried calling the number provided but couldn’t get anyone to answer. Horrible place. I rather go to the one in Fayetteville than here especially with how they acted.

I come here if I want breakfast. The one on the Elm Springs exit lost me as a customer since they stopped being open for breakfast and tends to shut down early in the evening as well. If I want breakfast, or feel like eating something on the go in the evening, why would I go to someplace just to find out they didn't feel like being open. The Taco Bell on Thompson has better hours, more dependable.

I went to Taco Bell on 09/08 around 8:30 to pick up an online order, there wasn’t very much cars besides one in front of me in the line. I ordered 2 boxes of hard tacos, when I arrived home I opened the tacos to see they had no meat just the shell and lettuce. Not to mention they also made me wait about 15 extra minutes for them. Which I didn’t mind for, until seeing the quality of their food for the price. Literally paid $50 for lettuce.
Everything is on computer now,no interaction with employees.they don't even welcome you anymore.

Dear Taco Bell: I DO NOT want to order from your Kiosk! I will take my money and go to an establishment where I can speak to a real person! I tried multiple times to speak with ANY employee at this location and they all ignored me and another gentleman at the cou ter. I also do not appreciate the lack of desire your employees show in their work. They are all rude and they obviously hate their job. Your restaurant is failing at customer interaction and customer service.

Stay away this place don’t deserve any stars …These some low down as employees I’m a truck driver who truck broke down and was tired after a full shift! I’m so hungry . I got a ride up here and got dropped off at the hotel they put one speck of stake on one taco and two little pieces on the other. Didn’t give me my nachos now I’m headed to bed hungry off bread not even lettuce because everything thing is closed and I have no ride . I knew that made that meal way too quick cause they gave me bread!!! I’ve I had a ride I’d go put in on the chick face that handed it to me….
