I went through the drive thru and ordered $36.00 worth of food which is 5 doritos locos tacos, which i told them to make sure that there was only meat cheese and sour cream on them, they messed up and put tomatoes on them I went back through the drive thru to tell them they messed up and the little girl said they couldn't fix it for me to pick the tomatoes off, that would have been fine and dandy if I wasn't allergic to tomatoes, so I guess go to this taco bell if you want to die because they couldn't fix their mistake, oh and she told me that if I wanted them the correct way that I would have to pay 36 dollars all over again. This place sucks especially if they dont care if you die from being allergic to something.

Order was wrong and I took it all, uneaten back to get it exchanged for the correct one right away. The girl manager tonight 11/22 around 6:30 told the worker to tell me, they could make the food for me but I would be charged for it. I asked why if I was bringing it all back and just wanted it fixed, the worker then said, do you want to speak to the manager and I said yes. The manager basically wanted to blame me that I should have read the screen and I was responsible. She even turned around and spoke spanish to the workers blaming me, thinking I didn’t speak spanish. All the front end workers I spoke to were so nice. I am literally the least confrontational person and was just wanting my order fixed. She just made this big huge deal over 5 tacos.

Lady in there was rude and I only ask her to remake my 5 year old nachos with no guacamole and she told me that's not what you put on there like it was difficult to just remake the nachos for me after I paid almost $25 in there she couldn't do that simple thing for me she opened it up and turned it back to me and pushed it to me and said that's not how I ordered it and if my kids wasn't with me it wouldve went different y'all need to watch y'all mouth up there someone will react differently I will be emailing and calling corporate tomorrow.

Went through drive thru, the girl working window was very nice. The people working grill were rude when i went in because they forgot part of order. Taco was laying in my bag already broken and not even wrapped. My quesadilla was burned and not even cut into pieces. They acted like it was a burden to them that i went in to ask for the food i paid for because they were busy talking while the girl in drive was what appeared to be handling everything else alone

“Anything else, anything else, anything else…” annoying right? Potatoes were colder than ice cream they slapped tons of lettuce on my spicy potato soft taco that I specificity asked to not have… definitely not a two finger pinch.
