The young lady working the drive thru needs to learn better manners before assigning her to that position again. She interrupts you as your placing the order and then if you bother to tell her to have a good day, her response is hmm humm as she shuts the window.

This Taco Bell is absolute garbage. I am not even sure why they are open. I have been twice in the past two weeks. The first visit I was told they were only accepting mobile orders due to short staffing, the second time the internet was down and they canāt take orders.

I tried to call the location multiple times to resolve the issue and every time it was a busy signal. I just went through the drive through and ordered one bean burrito, one chips and cheese, two crunchy doritos taco shells and two side orders of black beans and rice. When I checked the order, Not only had they forgotten the chips and cheese, but one of the sides of black beans and rice barely had a table spoon of each in the container. I asked for my chips and cheese and I asked them to please give me an actual scoop of the beans and the rice. I did not realize until I got home that What they had given me in both black beans and rice containers was just the dryest scraped burnt bits of beans and a little bit of rice. Those were for my son to eat and he could barely eat a couple bites because it was so dry and so burnt. I am really frustrated that I wasn't able to get through to them on the phone in order to resolve this nor am I Able to pack my child back into the car to make another trip back to taco bell. Especially with how expensive everything is and just needing quick meal this one night this is beyond frustrating for me.

The worst Taco Bell location ever! The workers seem over worked, but still niceā¦ BUT not once have they ever got an order right, I mobile order, go through the drive thru and pull into a parking spot to check my order and 2 times out of 3 is it rightā¦ also they say they are open late but have been told āwe arenāt taking ordersā 2 hours before closingā¦. Take a drive up the road to Sunset, much better overall.

I visited this Taco Bell last night around 10:45 or so. I really wish I would've asked the name of the two guys I interacted with because they were fantastic. One guy was an African American gentleman at the window and the other was a young Hispanic gentleman fixing the food but helped the other guy out as he was taking the next order. Both of the individuals were professional, polite, and did a fantastic job! I couldn't have asked for better, the food was delicious and the service was phenomenal. Thanks for the two Mexican pizzas and two orders of cinnamon twists! Great job!
