Awful service they always get the food wrong, card readers out, electricity is it, out of tomatoes, dont put needed inclgredients on food that you ask for and make you pay full proce for their unfinished food prep.
I have never had problems this bad at Taco Bell only this location! Always something wrong at this location. Go somewhere else.

Don’t go here if you want to be treated with any kind of dignity. I asked for two chicken tacos with cheese only and was told that’s not a regular menu item. I was ordering for my husband, so I wasn’t sure if it was or not but it could’ve been addressed differently. I went on to order the rest of my food and was asked if there was anything else, I said “No” and drove around. After receiving my order, I asked if there was any sauce in the bag she said, “no, you didn’t ask for sauce.” I then said, “OK, can I get some sauce?” She then turned to get sauce and was talking the whole time stating how, “I can get whatever I want, but when she asked if I wanted anything else, and I said no, that ended it!” There was no need for that, I was nothing but polite to her and was confronted with a rude and hateful attitude. Also, our tacos weren’t made correctly and she never offered sauce, just an all around horrible experience.

I ordered the new chicken nuggets from Taco Bell and was absolutely disgusted. What I received was completely inedible—burnt to a crisp, blackened, rock hard, and clearly overcooked. It was shocking that this even made it out of the kitchen. I’ve had low expectations from Taco Bell before, but this crossed the line. Not only was the quality horrible, it made me feel like they just don’t care about what they’re serving customers. I’m extremely disappointed and will not be returning. Save your money and go somewhere that actually takes pride in their food. I tried to calling twice to let them know but the line was busy, probably from complaints.
They have 5 kiosks to take ur own order... no employee will help you... the dine in experience is lost and gone... i will never dine in at a restaurant where all u have are kiosks... worst experience ever.

Didn’t get everything I ordered. Asked for lots of hot sauce and was only given 5 packets. Asked for extra chx and sauce on my quesadilla and it hardly had any of either! Didn’t eat the last piece cause there was zero chx, sauce, and cheese! Not very friendly either

When you order food you expect to get what you ordered, not some random online order. Even though I'm the only vehicle in the drive through placing an order. This is the third time that this has happend at this location in the past 4 months. I would rather drive to another store on the other side of town than to this one
