Service was below expectations. Waiting at curbside for over 20 minutes while multiple people went through drive through and curbside! I appreciate the apology but if my order had complications or something, communication would’ve been helpful. Food was good as always but the service left a sour taste.

Every time I go my order is messed up. The flavor of food is good but there are things a picky child will/wont eat and I can’t hand hot stuff. But every single time, we get something that I’ve asked to be removed. Please have your staff be more attentive to details.

When we walked up to the counter there was no one there to take our order for like 5 minutes. The person who finally took our order wasn’t even supposed to work at the counter. Although she was very sweet, she brought us the wrong drinks, gave us queso instead of the salsa we ordered, and gave us another customer’s tacos. Though she realized a lot of her mistakes and then corrected them, it was just a very strange experience and I will probably never go back.
Hannah is excellent and literally the reason I go there so often. As a nurse that is always traveling she is always a bright point in my day! She is consistently friendly, makes sure my order is right, and genuinely seems to care about how my day is going. If I could give yall 6 stars I would!
