I use to LOVE this restaurant! Me and my family always went there.. this evening me and my husband went through the drive thru to pick up some late dinner & the woman taking orders (Maria) was awful! She literally was yelling at me through the speaker, and when we proceeded to go to the window she told us the total and slammed the window when I asked her for rábanos (radishes) and lime and salsa she rolled her eyes and slammed it again. I then asked for her managers name and hers and she stated no manager was on duty. When I got home sides were old like old food.. it has the most NASTIEST smell. I am not sure what went left but it was bad enough to where I needed to warn people. I’m a proud Latina, and this was very disappointing especially from a place that was the closest to my grandmothers cooking.

Lately, the store employees serve you when they want and how they want, if they make a mistake or something or there is simply a mistake, they will simply tell you the money or get your order wrong with the excuse that they didn't "notice" the super good food. But attention takes the pleasure out of anything.

This has been a 5 star spot in Springdale for years, I believe there is new management. Recipes started changing after the remodel and my meal today consisted of a greasy quesadilla with no flavor, cold rice and cold beans. Ill come back when the quality comes back.

This is my go-to taqueria in Springdale area. Recommend the asada tacos with onion and cilantro, fresh squeeze of lime and their in-house green sauce. Red is too hot for this gringo I give it back to them LOL. And if inclined, a green Dos Equis “fully dressed (Texas style)” with a salted rim and lime wedge shoved into the bottle. ?? ? ? ?

Very affordable food, clean and quality, just one small and important drawback. I ordered 4 orders and took out my orders page but to my surprise I was missing 1 order. I understand that there are many customers but they should be careful. I always consume takeout but my distance is 20 minutes from home. I had to go back. Thank you for returning my missing order! And take. Oh really. My complaint. Yes, I assure you that the meats are very soft.

Yesterday I went and it is the last time I go to that place, they yell at you to give you food, they can't even give a number or ask for the customer's name to be able to make the delivery. I am of the way of thinking that if I go to a restaurant to eat It's so that they serve me, not to serve me, for that, better as in my house and I know perfectly well that I will serve myself and that's not all, I ordered two mojarras and they charged me for them, then they told me that they only have one, so we chose a chicken burrito and I didn't care. They returned the money from what was left in exchange for the mojarra that they did not serve me the dirty place the flies stop on the plates of the tables why do they not have a waitress who cleans it is fine I did not say anything to the wing that serves why maybe he does not have the It's my fault as an employee but they have to provide at least good service even though the food was terrible. The lettuce was black and had probably been stored for years and I ordered the mojarra well cooked, not stiff or burnt, it tasted rancid. The beans had no flavor and they don't have any. Not even salt on the table to be able to taste the food. I seriously don't know how places like that exist. In the end, they kept my change, they didn't even offer to return it. They charged me $50 dollars for a burrito and a mojarra and two cokes.

Ayer fui y es la última ves que pizo ese lugar le gritan a uno para darle la comida ni siquiera pueden dar un número o pedir el nombre del cliente para poder hacer la entrega soy de la manera de pensar que si voy a un restaurante a comer es para que me sirvan no para servirme para eso mejor como en mi casa y se perfectamente que yo me serviré y no es todo pedí dos mojarras y me las cobraron luego me dicen que solo tienen una entonces elegimos un burrito de pollo y me no me devolvieron el dinero de lo que quedaba de cambio por la mojarra que no me sirvieron el lugar sucio las moscas se paran en los platos de las mesas por qué no tienen mesera quien limpie está bien no dije nada ala que atiende por qué quizás no tiene la culpa como empleada pero tienen que dar mínimo un buen servício aún que la comida pésima la lechuga estaba negra tenía como años de estar guardada seguramente y la mojarra la pedí bien cocida no tiesa ni quemada sabía a rancia los frijoles no tenían ni sabor y no tienen ni sal en la mesa para poderle sentir sabor a la comida enserio no se como existen lugares así en fin se quedaron con mi cambio no ofrecieron ni devolverlo me cobraron $50 dólares por un burrito y una mojarra y dos cocas, Dejó mi comentario no para dañar la reputación del restaurante si no para que tomen precauciones me enfermé del estómago y mi acompañante sigue con malestar estomacal (vómitos)

Bought a burrito, wasn’t the best burrito I’ve had. It barely had any flavor or anything, all it had was rice and the meat with a lot of oil! The service was also not the best took a long time to pay for my burrito and to receive it also wasn’t busy I was the only one, the lady seemed annoyed with anything I asked I’ve had better burritos and better service
