I had the absolute best experience at Butter Biscuits thanks to our amazing server Grace! From the moment we sat down, she made us feel so welcome with her warm, friendly energy. Her customer service was top-tier — super attentive, kind, and genuinely caring. She was incredibly timely with everything, never missed a beat, and always had a smile on her face. Honestly, Grace is hands down the best server I’ve ever had. She made our breakfast feel like a treat, not just a meal....
Edit…. They Buttered Biscuit corrected the situation. There’s a lot to be said about a company that will own up to their mistakes when they make them. We all make mistakes. It’s how you handle it that makes the difference.

Awhile ago I had a not so great experience and one of her staff members noticed, before she could stop me and offer to make it right, our family walked out. I later called this establishment...
