Stuff is hit or miss. The Dubai strawberries look nothing like they advertise. Not worth it at all.

The shop didn't display prices. It was unclear how much it cost unless you
inquired, which seemed odd considering
how eagerly they display photographs of the food that are larger than before but not the cost

It wasn't wonderful either, but it wasn't awful either for a store that enhances the flavor of pre-packaged food.

You might easily spend $49.20 on tostilocos, a folded flan ice cream, and a spicy pina colada, and that's not counting tip. I spend  $59.20 on three things.

Best Mexican snack place

The taste is really good. The wait time is horrible. And they forgot to even make part of our order! 40 minutes later we are still sitting here waiting for the rest of our order. $30 for 3 things and an enormous wait time.

I shouldn’t have to wait 45 minutes for ice cream that gets rolled in front of you. Food doesn’t come before ice cream & ice cream should be prepared when it’s ordered. Will not be spending my money here again.

Great selection. The waffle was so good! It took a bit to come out but I saw others getting their drinks and ice cream super quickly. Would definitely return to try more of their vast menu.

Called ahead for their new chamoy covered mandarins before I made the 30 minute drive from my home. They said “La persona Que los sabe hacer no está y tampoco nos esta contestando” which translates to “the person who knows how to make them isn’t here and also isn’t answering their phone”. Why in the world would you only have one person who can make them? And even then, they had posted a STEP BY STEP VIDEO of how they made these!!! Which is how I saw they had this new product. I went elsewhere and got another treat for myself and my kids. Don’t advertise new items if you can’t provide them

45 minutes for a vaso de fruta is too much.

Bad customer service I see is normal, don't answer the phone or messages when someone finally did she didn't speak English. Needles to say DONT go here for a Dubai Strawberry cup they are around $18 after tax and not worth it, not fresh and extremely expensive. Save your money for a place with customer service and not so expensive.

My kids walked in to buy and was told that they are already closed which the time was 9:30 and the signs say they closed at 10. Another couple walks in and they served them and I guess maybe this place is for their people only. Would never go there again. Worst service ever!
