Have not been here in years. Food is still really good. Our server kept forgetting everything. That was annoying. After all these years, I think they need to stop putting every different food item on different plates. The tables are so small and there just isn't any room for 4 people at a table to have a total of 11-12 plates.

Went to the wafflehouse to meet some friends. Went ahead and ordered some food because I hadn't eaten all day. Was saving my grits for last because they're my favorite. The waiter ended up telling me a weird story about how he was depressed and trying not to unalive himself. Then he took my food while I was still eating because they had a group of ten coming in who wanted to sit at my booth for four. All I had left where my grits, my favorite. I wanted to finish them. Couldnt even stop the guy before he took my stuff as he piled trash and another plate onto my grits at my table before I knew what was happening. (Thought he was just clearing the dirty stuff). I arrived in the parking lot at 10:55 and he took my food around 11:29. (I was there for around 30 minutes. Had my food around 10 or 15 minutes). I know the times because I was texting my friends when I got there so they could meet me. They were almost at the wafflehouse but I told them not to bother because they wanted us gone. I regret tipping him 20% but always feel obligated to. Its morning now as I'm writing this and I'm still upset about my grits. Just go to Dennys instead. They get mad when you order a milkshake but they at least let you eat your food.

Haven't ate all day stopped in here toget food before my next job. I only got one foot in the door and Mr. Monte was greeting me didn't even finish his sentence and all ready figured I was gonna do to go I didn't have time to stay super polite and was doing the job of 3 people it looked like and he was one man but he was so happy and if he was he sure didn't let it show!! I wish I could've tip him more than I was able to but I sure hope he is there tomorrow when I stop in again! I would give service 10 stars not just 5! Thank you Mr. Monte for your wonderful spirit and may you be blessed

Great service, but very mediocre food. Hash browns not crispy at all, eggs overcooked, waffles were mush, the sausage and grits were OK though. I can make breakfast at home literally 100x better.

Terrible service. No one greeted us when we walked in. The floors were dirty so we didnāt sit down in multiple seats. Once we sat down, the server put down a single napkin with our silverware. The silverware was dirty and even when he brought a spoon for the coffee, it was still wet, and he just brought over a big handful of creamer and threw it down. The server was rude, and didnāt seem interested in taking our order. I would not recommend going there, bad service and dirty.
