Serious Safety Issue – Be Careful! I ordered a meal from Wendy’s in Springdale, AR, and while drinking my beverage, I found a piece of clear plastic bag mixed in with the ice. I nearly choked on it before realizing what it was. This was extremely concerning and completely unacceptable for any restaurant. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt, but this kind of mistake is a major health hazard. I hope management takes this seriously and reviews their food and drink preparation process so no one else has to go through this.

Food was fine. They messed it up but it wsd no issue to get it corrected. The drink fountainwas gurgling for some reason and spraying onto the floor. Waited almost 20 minutes of my hour lunch waiting to order and get my food. Once i did it was wrong. Once corrected it was fine. Bathrooms were gross. Had to go to gas station to feel safe to use it.

I ordered a small chocolate frosty at the drive thru. The kid at the window barely spoke above a whisper. I thought he said 2.39, I gave him a 5. He only gave me back 1.61 in change, when I questioned him he said it was 3.39 for a medium and he had to get a mgr whom said she couldn't refund me the difference without a GM. I told her to skip the order, take back the change and give me my 5 so instead of doing this she poured the sloppy melted frosty into a small cup and figured the difference between a small and a medium frosty and gave me the change. Come on Wendy's Management, this took a good 10 minutes and my frosty was melted and so was the one on the counter for the person behind me.#1 The drive thru window person should always confirm what the order is and #2 No ice cream should be made until the person is at the window and has already paid.
