I’ve ordered here numerous times, every single time they have forgotten something in my order. Specifically this time, I ordered a taco salad. I asked the lady handing me to food if it was the taco salad, and she snarkly waved the bag with the salad in it, turns out when I get home, it’s a whole different order. They really need to work on their customer service as well as accuracy. Won’t be coming back to this one.

I have to give a negative review partly because the furniture here is broken down and needs repaired/replaced. The big negative is that I was informed that sweet tea is ONLY for the drive through due to their lobby urn was broken. Seriously? They reluctantly gave me a small half cup of sweet tea to mix with my unsweet. Never heard of such a thing before.

I recently visited this Wendy's location while working as a Doordash driver, and my experience was beyond frustrating. Despite the fact that the restaurant was not busy at all, I ended up waiting for over **30 minutes** for two Doordash orders. It became very clear that this location was severely understaffed and likely running on a skeleton crew.

The management needs to take a serious look at how they are scheduling staff. It’s unacceptable to have people waiting at the menu for **20 minutes**, and then again at the window for more than **20 minutes**. This is a clear indication of poor planning, and it’s something that could easily be resolved by ensuring enough employees are scheduled—especially to account for potential callouts. A well-run location would not leave customers or delivery drivers waiting this long, no matter the circumstances.

Wendy’s management needs to step up and make sure that staffing levels are adequate to handle the workload. I hope to see improvements at this location because right now, it’s failing both customers and delivery drivers.

Food was ice cold, everything served was not "fresh" like the slogan promises. When asked if they have fresh food coming up, I got told "we don't." Horrible experience all around.

Have never been treated so poorly at a Wendy’s, if you don’t like your job find a new one. The food was cold, the service was slow and I got an attitude from manager. I usually don’t go to this location because I was warned of the horrible service but I was passing by and really wanted some food. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING! AND I WILL WARN OTHERS!

If I could leave negative 5 star ratings you'd have them. I'm absolutely disgusted with one of your managers behaviour towards one of your customers yesterday. Yes yesterday for me because I live in Australia ?? and I was told of his experience with your so called manager. This lowlife needs to be demoted to sweeping floors for his poor people skills. Mabe he should be piss tested for illicit substances which may explain the subpar attitude towards a paying customer.
