I decided to come to this Wendy’s for the first time after waiting in the McDonald’s drive-through across the street for 20 minutes just to put in my order. The staff at the Wendy’s were so kind they were very quick to take my order and they gave me my food very quickly while still keeping my food, hot and fresh. Chris specifically was very nice and helpful. Will be coming back again.

Wendy's hands down has the best burgers period.....price point is what you remember and it's just flipping awesome nothing left to say!! Ok now it's gonna happen from time to time and I get it but if your order is messed up which happen to mine....they should not only replace your meal but then work to make sure you want to eat here again...the folks working today showed no effort in making that happen not only that but didn't even replace my order saying that your fries were ok so I'm only going to replace the burgers because they are the ones that sucked the first time!!! Guys I'm so disappointed in Wendy's right now!!!!

Messed up on my order and it’s not the first time. Go in to get it fixed and management was rude. This place needs a new manager you can tell the staff is always frustrated and the “manager” has the WORST customer service I’ve ever seen. Zero stars if I could and I will be going to a different Wendy’s for now on.

Food was hot and fresh but this location has just overall ruined Wendy’s for me with the last three visits because of their customer service. I got my food and in the 15 minutes I was in the parking lot I was the only car in drive through and I understand why. I was questioning coming today but gave them another shot and once again felt like my business wasn’t valued. The sad thing is it always seems to be a manger taking my order on the headset.
The cheese burger was very dry and almost tasteless. Fries were great. Taco salad had quite a few pies of bad looking lettuce. Chili was slopped all oven even on the tray. Probably won’t be back.

The last few times the service is horrible I waited at the register to pick up a online order and the girl says give me a quick minute that turned out to be like 10 minutes just to say I’m here for my online order then another 10 minutes to get it.very frustrating Another customer walked out because it was ridiculous just to stand there

Wendy's use to be my favorite place to eat for fast food. Their food quality is obviously better, or it at least taste better. That 4 for 4$ was the shabam. Inflation ruined wendy's. The food still taste good, but the price is ridiculous. I literlly got priced out of my favorite fast food. The 4 for 4 became the 4 for 5, then 4 for 6, now its 4 for $7 depending on the sandwich, and Im not talking about a baconator. Wendys has whataburger prices for sonic level food.
