Every time I place an order it’s screwed up and takes 15-20 minutes. Employees are no help either they blame it on someone else instead of trying to help. Whoever is in charge of this mess probably needs to find another job or figure out how to manage your employees. This place is absolutely ridiculous.

I can see why they have 2.5 on yelp. Literally ordered an AVOCADO BACON BURGER with jalapeños and I didn’t even get the Avocado 🤦♀️ smh. It was basically a jalapeño burger, had to scrap most of them off. Also had my drink spilt down my arm, I know it was an accident but still, the cup is heavy please use BOTH HANDS when handing it to a customer in a car lower than your window 🙄
They screw up more orders at the Whataburger on Elm Springs Rd in Springdale with their app at this store. I have my receipt which shows how the order went in and was charged for what I ordered. Yet they left 2/3's of the ingredients off my biscuit sandwich. And the person on the phone just wanted to argue well, dugh he said it shows on the ticket something different. We'll, it shows what I paid for as more then that. You are the worst Whataburger I have been to ever.

I usually don’t write these but I am Frustrated with this location off of Elm Springs. I have gotten home several times and items have been missing from the meal bags. I always do a brief check before pulling off but when the tenders aren’t even in the kids meal is crazy. I get people make mistakes but this has happened several times and they do nothing about it! But what they do is sure charge you for the extra sauce!!! How am I paying 44 cents for BBQ sauce but my tenders that I PAID for ain’t even in the bag? Very frustrating especially when prices have already increased. Just take the extra time and check to make sure your customers are satisfied. Especially when it ain’t even busy!!!
