I love Zelli pasta. I get my semolina from them. I’ve bought their dried pasta, so much better than the big corporation pasta’s. Today I bought more semolina and some of their fresh lasagna sheets. I didn’t take a pic of the sheets or anything really before it went into the oven. But here it is after. I had enough for a standard casserole dish and then a small one to put in the freezer for another day. Both filled to the top. I bought 8 sheets (1 lb of pasta). They never disappoint me, so delicious.

The Zelli Italian sandwich was really amazing. The French bread was delicious and chewy like a good baguette should be. The 3 meats, onion, lettuce, and special sauce made me eat the whole thing!
Tiny little shop with cool products from local companies in the area. From the looks of it, they might be expanding the store, there is some construction next door. The Zelli Italian sandwich is mouthwatering and I love pairing it with the pesto chips. Wish they sold it at the Fayetteville farmers market! I will bump one star down because the sandwich bread isn’t always the freshest but not a complete dealbreaker.
