The bread was soft inside, slightly crunchy on the outside which made for the perfect sandwich. They will substitute your preferred meats, which makes for a delicious custom made lunch.

A wonderful little slice of Italy tucked away in NWA! Delish, fresh pasta and an amazing array of Italian imported pantry items. Plus, the “zelli deli” now serves up fantastic sandwiches for lunch!

I love Zelli pasta. I get my semolina from them. I’ve bought their dried pasta, so much better than the big corporation pasta’s. Today I bought more semolina and some of their fresh lasagna sheets. I didn’t take a pic of the sheets or anything really before it went into the oven. But here it is after. I had enough for a standard casserole dish and then a small one to put in the freezer for another day. Both filled to the top. I bought 8 sheets (1 lb of pasta). They never...
