There is no service here, the cashier lady sits behind counter, very curt no business being in a service industry. Supposed to be a buffet but it was empty. They apparently charge for buffet by the pound and you fill up to go boxes. We ended up just ordering but was horrible and very over priced for the portions. Ordered soup and lady had a melt down about asking if we could please have a spoon for the soup. 10 mins later still no spoons. Restaurant was uncomfortable hot we were all sweating and sticking to furniture. Even drinks they can't bring you a glass of water but for you to by a $2 bottle of water. Saddest buffet in Arkansas.

The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make their guests feel comfortable. The room and overall facility was clean and well maintained. The motel is located conveniently to places to ear. The breakfast was good with a variety of offerings for the clientele. The sausage gravy was home made!

Traveling with dogs and finding a decent hotel is hard! But this hotel gave us a comfy room next to food and gas, and is right off the interstate. Ask for Betty if available. She is kind and easy to work with. She even mailed me a book I left in the hotel room!! You don’t find this type of hospitality just anywhere! Will book here again. (The hotel even has a small dog park right outside your door)!

I’m not sure about the buffet, but the take out is always delicious! I go at least once a week.
My husband, daughters, and I were traveling from SC to NM and we were exhausted. We were able to get 2 rooms to accommodate us. This was a blessing as all other hotels were booked as there was a class reunion in town. Our rooms were nice and clean and the ac worked so well we all slept through the night! The water pressure in the shower was exceptional and I felt less stiff and sore afterwards. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of comfortable pillows. The bedding was not too light nor too heavy. The people next to us were sitting outside listening to music and talking (very nice people) yet we heard nothing while in our room. Upon returning home I realized a very special stuffed animal of mine was missing. They found it and are shipping it to me! I will definitely stay here again should we make the drive back to SC in the future.

Irma greeted us warmly, and did everything to help us. Betty and her helper were amazing as well. They all went above and beyond to make us still at home. Very friendly kind staff. Very pleasant to be around. Thank you. Quality Inn staff. Rooms were clean as well and comfortable.

If you are desperate for a place to stay one night, this property could work for you. The floor by the sink in my room had some sort of oily film on it that was slippery. I cleaned it with a washcloth, but the floor was still not clean. (Reported it to the registration clerk, so that I would not be charged extra for the dirty towel.) Given the fact that the floor was nasty, it made me wonder about the rest of the room. The price seemed high for the quality of the room, too. Expensive without being clean. Quiet though.

The room smelled like musty smoke, even when it's a non-smoking room. It was sketchy and run down. I didn't feel comfortable staying alone. On the other hand the breakfast was good, and checkout with Betty went well.
