As a 20 year truck driver , I've eaten at alot of Mickey Ds across the U.S . I've eaten at the Star City facility quite a bit over the years. This is one of the best if not the best I've had the pleasure to visit . I really don't eat at any other McDonald's. Especially the ones in Little Rock Arkansas & Birmingham Alabama. Those are some the worst.
Customer service is problematic and the speed of service seems to be dwindling. Going in store is a nightnare but so is curbside. If using the app, be Leary of changes or additions, staff doesn't seem to be trained on it whatsoever...not much training on many situations. Never seen to have a functioning ice cream machine for cones or shakes. Must request ketchup and napkins which is such a pain especially on the attitude received for asking for condiments. Overall poor customer...
Food was good, service was timely. Person working the drive through window was friendly and easy to understand. I was there during a morning hour rush and the line of cars seemed to be moving at a steady pace of about one vehicle every couple of minutes or so. Property around the restaurant, which is attached to a Circle K looked to be clean and well kept.
