This is one I've the worst services I have ever had here. I ordered a Banana milk shake and was being given a Vanilla milk shake. I tried 3 different times to tell them that Vanilla was the wrong flavor. I had to get out and go in twice and they still got it wrong. I got told that in side was for employees only. The Star City location sucks.

Sonic gets a tough rap but I am hear to tell you SONIC IN STAR CITY AR is the BEST! The EMPLOYEES are the BEST! My FOOD is always good! I eat here A lot since I am a hospice RN!

we came 15 minutes before they closed and ordered food and they said they had cleaned it all up already. it was rather disappointing cause they hadnt even closed yet

After placing the order it 3-5 minutes to receive the order. This order was at Star City location. Each each time I've eaten there, they are always missing something i.e. lettuce, tomato, onions. This particular afternoon they had no onion. The burgers are not pleasing without all of its items.
