Load blossom used to be my go-to place for Chinese American food This location has really gone downhill all the food on the buffet was cold and nothing seemed to be replaced everything seemed to be just sitting there for hours at a time and at one point even a customer came in and said this is the worst restaurant in Stuttgart. I can't say that I would recommend this place because even though I had a small portion from the buffet it was still not up to par highly not recommended.

I recently dined at Lotus Blossom, and I have to say, it was an extraordinary culinary experience. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the steak. Equally impressive was the hibachi fried rice. Served with a delightful mix of vegetables and perfectly cooked eggs, it had a wonderful smoky aroma and a subtle hint of garlic that elevated the dish. The rice was fluffy yet slightly crisp on the edges, showcasing the skillful technique of the chef.

This my first time going and the food was nasty the noodles look like they used packs of ramen noodles the "beef steak" looked like roast beef tasted like cardboard no seasoning at all the egg rolls taste like they came from Walmart the fried shrimp cooked too long and the fried wings was pitiful the food was just disgusting old no seasoning at all...was asked how was everything I told the truth about it in a polite way and asked to speak to the owner and they called the police...I came from another city just to meat here...I wouldn't recommend nobody to come here cause a simple conversation with the owner is all I wanted and then charged $15 for garbage never again will I come.... responding to your reply oh baby was never rude and I'm not being racist to any culture..and basically that bar was a disgrace to and disrespectful to that culture...and gladly would never and btw it's alot of.people who agreed with how the buffet is

Went in today for lunch and ordered loe mein (however you spell it lol) noodles, side order of hibachi rice, and 2 egg rolls. Food was AMAZING!! and Service was ON POINT!! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Lotus Blossum is definitely the place to go. Will continue to happily eat there!!

The food is disgusting, and I was asked was I enjoying my food and I was honest and said no, asked to speak to the owner and the police were called, this has been one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever been to in my entire life, and I came from 46 minutes away to get treated like I was a problem because I didn’t like the food, I have never seen these options at any buffet restaurant, it looks like food thrown together by a struggling family, the spring rolls were from the freezer section and on top of all of that we were being served on paper plates !!
