Worst French Fries I ever ate.. They are already cooked and have been sitting under the heat lamp all day and are usually hard. They are just like eating twigs. Why can't they just make the thick crinkle cut fries like the restaurants used to years ago.

Almost all the workers don’t speak or read English very well. They get orders confused easily. And don’t understand what you’re saying all the time.

Here in Stuttgart Arkansas I have went to the McDonald's quite a bit over the years but the last year or so it getting very difficult to speak to someone that speaks English properly and understands it as well. Then the people at the delivery windows can't understand me and I can't understand them yet I'm still paying unreasonable prices without any kind of decent service. Done with you all here until you all make some kind of changes!!
