Rude don't take orders correctly charges you extra for fries when they come in meal you ordered and to top it off the burgers are think like paper thin McDonald's why charge so much for a thin burger I mean you already keep money from the Ronald McDonald's funds gotta have it all

I was accused of stealing.. I'm unsure how I would have stole when NO ONE ELSE WAS THERE or in the drive thru.... And after I repeatedly told the manager what I ordered SHE STILL almost didn't give me my food. Yes ma'am. My name is Jillian. And if the kiosk would have ink in it (pretty sure that's your job, not mine), i wouldnt have to look like a criminal AT MCDONALD'S. ew. The kiosk I logged into from my phone knew how to do it's job... Take notes.

If I could give one star I would. We placed a mobile order and it stated if we wanted to cancel to call the store so I called the store. They stated they did not have the order, then when I asked what I should do since it was showing I should pickup at that location and the money had come out of my account the "manager" stated she didn't know. I tried to explain to her that there had to be something I could do to remedy this and not lose $30 & she stated that there was nothing I could do. I was trying to ask who she reported to as maybe they knew how to correct it and she hung up on me. They took the phone off the hook and when I tried to call back it was continually busy, even after calling from multiple phones. Worst service in the town.

Actually one of the better Macdonalds but I will say almost every time the damn fries are soggy and they are terrible you wanna charge as much as you do for just fries ? you should make sure they are cooked good because y’all’s world’s famous fries not so much for now. Went back October 3rd fries still soggy went back oct 6th fries still soggy and burger taste bad this time not worth going up on prices

I received very efficient and polite service at this McDonald's. The dual drive through lanes had about seven or so cars, yet the service was impressively quick. I was back on my road trip in a jiffy.

Walked in the door went to use the restrooms came back to the counter where there was all of a sudden not a single employee was around anywhere so we stood there a couple of minutes as we looked around and still nobody came we walked out the door!!!!!
