Connections Bar & Grill

Ok, so it’s not a Michelin restaurant, but for what it is, I say 5✨. I basically never review hotel restaurants, they’re all the same. This place isn’t. The decor alone is unusual and fun, the staff is energetic and friendly, and the food is darn good bar food. I like fried pickles, and I drive 30,000 miles a year. These blew my mind. Thin cut, crispy, battered like oysters. If everything on the menu is made as well as this, people should detour to come grab a bite

Good bar and grill. Had a shrimp quesadilla and two double drinks. The drinks were good and the food was amazing. The servers were great and it was an enjoyable evening. I already ate a slice of my quesadilla before the picture, because I couldn’t stop.

I've been in the hotel Mon thru Fri for over a month! Great atmosphere excellent food and an always welcoming staff! It really is a true gem in Texarkana! I had the Ribeye tonight!

Chikin breast wrapped Swiss cheese stuffed asparagus...garlic mashed potatoes..seasoned broccoli...side 🥗

We chose the Holiday Inn because this restaurant is attached to the same building. We had dinner and drinks there after a full day of driving. The waitress at dinner was very helpful in food selection, and service. We had chicken pasta that was quite good. The next morning we were pleasantly surprised to find an extremely large breakfast selection of both hot and cold food items. Again the food was very good. If you are on a long road trip and all you want is a decent dinner and breakfast I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

I dined at Connections Bar & Grill in the Holiday Inn Convention Center, and it was truly unforgettable. Amanda and Amy provided exceptional service, making us feel welcome. The drinks they made were delicious. Chef/Manager Jermaine's Citrus Grilled Salmon with mashed potatoes and broccoli was amazing. The salmon was perfectly cooked and the mashed potatoes and broccoli were deliciously paired. I will definitely be back!

Dennis is the man! Delicious meal with excellent service. I hope he is there every time we pass thru Texarkana.

Dennis is one of the best bartenders you can ask for. Great drink specials, quality bar with good tv locations and solid drink selection. You won’t even think twice about Dennis being a Cowboy’s fan!
