Well. Took forever to be waited on . An hour and a half later we get to leave. Food was not correct. Think the server might have had a problem. Manager needs to be present and accounted for, because no body is minding the store. I do not recommend El Chicos Texarkana

The service staff are friendly and very attentive. Today my waitress was Montana, she was so patient with me while ordering and very friendly. The food is always delicious and very decent portion sizes.

We had such a wonderful experience at El Chico’s! The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly. What really made our visit stand out, though, was our server, Holly. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. Her positive attitude and genuine kindness made our meal even more enjoyable.

Are at el chicos and a waitress named Holly made the comment that the person I was eating with couldn’t eat as much as me because I was bigger than them. The waitress made several inappropriate comments. The salsa tasted like soap and my friend was charged 44 dollars for fajita meal priced 21 on the menu and then when the manager got involved we were told there was nothing they could do and they just apologized for not explaining it well. Horrible experience.

El Chico restaurant sucks. The food, the service and the people suck. They have screwed up the last three times me and my girlfriend ordered. We decided to give him another chance and they screwed up again. We will never eat there again. The only person that is good there is the woman manager. But she can't do everything on her own. We will find another Mexican restaurant to go to, thanks for nothing.

Our dinner from El Chicos in Texarkana was so good. Not only was the food great, we had the best service from our server Brent Philyaw. He never let our drinks get empty and was on top of any needs we had. I would definitely recommend him being your server the next time you decide to have elchicos for dinner
