Had an amazing experience at Fat Jack's Oyster Bar! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was lively, welcoming, and full of character.

The food was absolutely fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The oysters were top-tier, and everything we tried was packed with bold, delicious flavor. You can really tell they take pride in both quality and consistency.

The service was just as impressive. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. It made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable.

If you’re in Texarkana and looking for great seafood, a fun atmosphere, and excellent service, Fat Jack’s is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back!

Wow! What a FUN night! My husband and I were visiting from Canada and just happened upon this amazing little place on trivia night. We ordered a little bit of everything and our server Amanda was just incredible! She walked us through the menu and was so friendly and helpful. We felt so comfortable ale and welcomed.
The mushroom caps are SO delicious!!!

We came in from Little Rock for the Arklatex tattoo expo and ended up stopping here at Fat Jack's for lunch afterwards. The vibes here are friendly, chill and it was like stepping into your hometown bar where you're always welcome. This place definitely has a history and you can feel it when walking in.

We enjoyed hanging out and eating in the patio area where Leo and Hannah were wonderfully kind, attentive and made sure we were always topped up. I got the appetizer sample basket (since I couldn't choose between the many amazing options) and my friends got the bacon cheeseburger after Leo suggested them with no hesitation.

The portions are ample and I nearly can't put into words how incredible the food is. The patty was well seasoned and cooked fantastically, all of the ingredients were fresh, the seasoned fries are homemade and the bite I took shaped up to be one of the best burgers I've had in awhile.

I've also been on a personal quest for the last couple years to find the best mozzarella sticks I can. It has been completed at Fat Jack's with the crispy, golden brown, beautiful mozz sticks that they've created here. The cheese to breading ratio was absolute perfection and the cheese pull was just... peak.

TLDR: Great vibes, incredible comfort food, amazing Bacon Cheeseburger, perfect mozzarella sticks.
