Extremely pleased with my cookie order! I found this bakery by a simple Google search on royal icing cookies in the New Boston/ Texarkana area. I ordered cookies for my daughter's second birthday party, and the theme was "Yabba Dabba Two" with an African-American Pebbles and BamBam. I initially filled out an order form online then I was contacted by phone for further details. On the order form, I gave the theme, party colors, my daughter's name, and the event date. Via Facebook messenger, I provided inspo photos and showed some DIY decorations I made for the party. EVERY SINGLE DETAIL WAS TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION! The cookies were a perfect blend of the Pinterest inspiration photos, my DIY projects and Graham Slam's own spin based on my instructions. They were beautiful and tasty! Thank you, Graham Slam!

This place was recommended to my husband and me by the gentleman who works at our favorite BBQ place in Texarkana. I was craving red velvet cake for a while but cannot find a bite-size, this cupcake is a cure. Besides cupcakes (no picture, sorry) we have tried their cakesicle (bigger than popcake, it is mini Magnum size), Cookie Monster which was delicious, and Keto macarons; vanilla, and caramel. My husband got Keto snickerdoodle for dessert of the day and he said he loves it! Staff is super nice and helpful too.

I love their cupcakes but unfortunately today the young lady didn't care to box these cupcakes properly. In the past they always have used a proper boxing method so this doesn't happen!

I really wish we could give it 10 stars! We had not been to the location in downtown & noticed they moved to the new location on Arkansas Blvd & wanted to stop in & try them out. I'm sure glad we did, we got a couple of cupcakes, several cookies...each & every one was fresh & delicious. In my younger life I was a caterer & cake baker/designer & I was so impressed by the store, the staff & the goodies. The icing on the cupcakes is perfect & the cookies are so soft & delicious. We are certainly going to be back & soon !

The idea of parchment paper instead of liners is perfect, since these little cakes need to lay down on a plate and a fork to consume. Personally, the frosting was a bit much compared to the portion of cake, but the balance of butter, sugar and flavor is spot on. When needing the next sugary treat I will give the cookies a try! In other words, I will be back, you can join me!
