This is one of the best things Texarkana has to offer. The best snow cones ANYWHERE! The ice is an amazing texture and you wouldn’t think adding cream is a game changer- but you must try if you’re visiting. There is usually a wait, but it is worth the drive and stop for sure!!!!!
