Yummy bread and chicken pasta. But the 3 other at my table said it was too salty. Dinner for 4 costed us $156.69.

It was busy there. I don't know why they are called the cellar when it is Verona's. Very small place. Did try to open it up with outside seating. The bread was good. Now I didn't get the wine. Was given not much choices of soft drinks. Also not much Italian drinks at all. I had the lamb chops with pea puree with a side of carrots. I don't know when places became like expensive steak houses. Should have two choices of small portions of sides. The lamb chops as I told them alright. Could barely eat most of it. The carrots was soft. But didn't taste that great. The dessert menu will break the bank. The staff seams to me charming for about five minutes. After that didn't seem to friendly. They did have a brunch menu. The menu didn't seem as impressive for an Italian restaurant. Sadly not many impressive Italian places to eat.

So sad to report this restaurant has really gone down in food flavor. It was at one time the best restaurant in Texarkana. Verona's only served great food. It was a dining experience with the best Risotto I've ever eaten. What happened??? The Mushroom Risotto had so many mushrooms you couldn't taste the wonderful sauce of the Risotto. It was dry and I don't believe there was any sauce at all. Everything was a disappointment. My friends and I were extremely disappointed.
Salt of The Earth has been one of our favorites, so yes, we order by the bottle.Wasn't very hungry but we know the food is great, and this time was the Chicken Alfredo, and my wife tried their Lasagna instead of having her Lamb chops. The servings were more than enough, spot on heat and pasta was perfect as well. The bread with risotto is something we look forward to but never review....Anyway, all good!Today, we are having pizza! Our son's birthday at 22, so..."Happy birthday Noah!"
This was actually Veronas not the Cellar! The brunch was amazing as usual and our waiter Dillon was awesome! Advice you make a reservation the day before or early that Sunday morning because it will be full!! And don't forget the mimosas ?
Fortunately I live only a city block from this restaurant. I have the greatest experience every time I go.
The service was excellent and I loved the atmosphere.

Beautiful spacious interior makes the atmosphere in the bar perfect. Great staff and amazing wine. Great place for date night, special occasions, or just hanging out with friends.
Comfortable atmosphere along with great wine! Had an amazing time here, friendly and very knowledgeable staff.
