I like the store location, its clean and tidy. They have outdoor tables and chairs placed in good spot. It is well-lighted at night that when you pass thru the highway you will notice it immediately.Parking: Even their parking lot is well-lighted.
Unfortunately, I’ve never been to the drive thru and not had to pull ahead to a numbered spot. Everyone is so friendly however, I’m not quite sure why speedy service isn’t accommodated. We tried to dine in the other time since driving thru takes so long and they forgot my order even though it sat there under the lamp for a while. One of the workers said there was a miscommunication and I said I understood. They were younger people. I think I’ve given this location enough chances. It’s unfortunate since DQ and Sonic are the only things near my house. Again, great food but the I’ve never waited under 10 minutes for food. I was hoping it was the newness of the location however it has not improved.

I am sorry to report that I watched a worker give out the cheeseburger I brought back in from my vehicle to a dine in customer. I stood and watched her put this cheeseburger back under the heat lamp. I told her that is a health code violation and the burger should've never crossed the counter. She told me that she isn't going to serve it. Then I watched her take this same burger and put it on a dine in tray, then out to a customer. I told the customer and the employee said she threw it in the trash. I WATCHED THIS HAPPEN! She acted like I was crazy. I wanted to talk to a manager but my kids were waiting in the car. So crazy.
