Food cold and customer service is not good employee speaking in Spanish after we asked multiple times for English, laughing at us, pointing at us, got our order wrong, wouldn’t fix our order, doors locked and wouldn’t let us in, employees cussing at other employees. Overall not a good place

Working in the area and I've attempted to patronize this particular Taco Bell four times over the last 3 months and every single time they have messed up my order this is the worst damn Taco Bell there is. Today Takes the Cake when I got my chicken Cantina Bowl made it all the way to my job 8 Mi down the road and discovered there's no chicken and no beans it was all salad what a freaking rip-off. I cannot wait until they automate Taco Bells around here.

Most of the time through the drive thru they don't put all the food we pay for. But other than that the food is good.

Do not go to this location. They prioritize the drive thru over dine in. If there are cars in the drive thru don’t expect to walk out with your food within 45 mins. It took them 45 mins just to start our order and even told a guy that was from DoorDash to just cancel his order as they’re too busy. These guys need WAY more staff! At least they were friendly.

Service was great as always. I usually come to this location and have no problems. My chicken taco had creamy jalapeño which I had removed in app my Large Nacho fries were about the size of a small in my opinion. Could’ve been better
