They took my order and proceeded to give me the exact opposite of what I ordered. Each taco I got had the smallest amount of meat on it also. Terrible location every time.

Who ever is working on this night is the dream team 🤌🏼 ice machine down but the dude communicated about (I probably wouldn't of noticed since soda was cold any way) and food was h o t and well distributed. I go here a lot and by far my best experience.

great food, love it. but one of the most fundamental skills u need to have at taco bell is to know how to wrap a burrito and please add a little more so im not just eating a tortilla. other than that, great service guys, thanks!

I order the same thing. 5 days a week. I ordered was a large half and half tea (. Which it was not). As I was ordering thru the drive thru. The lady said there ice machine had gone out out. It happens. I jokingly said said do I get a discount. She was stern and said NO. I also get the cheesy bean and rice burrito. But I only get rice. Add chicken and shredded cheese. I get to the window. The blond girl hands me my drink. Then 20 seconds or so later my food. I asked if the straw was in the bag. She gives me a straw. Then I had to ask for napkins. Since there was none in the bag. She gets that finally in the bag. She then proceeded to literally slam the window in my face. As if I was dismissed. Your are very rudee. You are in the customer service industry. As am I. That is not the way to treat a customer. I would hope your not a manager or an RGM. Cause you should not be in that position. Be glad I'm not your RGM. I would have fired you for your rudeness to a customer. I won't be back. It is sad that you represent that location. You are just rude. On so many levels. I will not be back.

Food cold and customer service is not good employee speaking in Spanish after we asked multiple times for English, laughing at us, pointing at us, got our order wrong, wouldn’t fix our order, doors locked and wouldn’t let us in, employees cussing at other employees. Overall not a good place

Working in the area and I've attempted to patronize this particular Taco Bell four times over the last 3 months and every single time they have messed up my order this is the worst damn Taco Bell there is. Today Takes the Cake when I got my chicken Cantina Bowl made it all the way to my job 8 Mi down the road and discovered there's no chicken and no beans it was all salad what a freaking rip-off. I cannot wait until they automate Taco Bells around here.

It's exactly what you'd expect from a Taco Bell. Food was made correctly and tasted good. Customer service was ok, had better but have had worse.
